Nicki Nguyen Service was amazing. The staffs were very professional and did an amazing job. The atmosphere was out of this world gorgeous.

Kerry vaughn When we walked in, we were met by a very nice lady. She made us feel very welcome. Asked us if we wanted anything to drink. She even opened my bottle of water for me. Spoke to me made me feel very comfortable and my daughter too.

Barbara Golden I went to D’or for the first time today and was helped by Jay. He did a PHENOMENAL job and was an excellent conversationalist! I would very highly recommend this place!

Ana Savoie Great atmosphere, friendly staff! Came to Jeanette after having my hair butchered by a young and inexperienced hair stylist who was asked to layer my mid length fine hair and discovered she cut a chunk off of my hair right at my nape...had no choice but to cut it short so it wouldnt show so much. She wasnt even dignified enough on her craft to be honest with me. All she had to do was tell me she didnt know how to do what I asked. She did however, not fail to badger me for payment - which was very high, I should add- right after washing my hair and clearly not done with the job, as if Id walk out without paying. She worked at the salon my previous hair stylist that I have seen for 15 years recommended me to take, seeing she only does hair extensions now. I was very upset and dismayed, thinking I was balding up when the real reason was someones unprofessionalism. The whole ordeal was disclosed to the owner when I got one of those online review requests... She then replied back to me after one week of receiving it, apologizing for the whole thing, telling me how she wished she could do something to fix the problem ... Since she never offered to give me free hair extensions to make up for my distress and frustration, I decided to end the patronage and the relationship with it. Im incredibly happy with Jeanette at Salon Joie de Vie for her professionalism, experience and honesty. If you are looking for a great place and hair stylist, this is the place to come to. You will not be disappointed.

Highly Favored No customer service skills. Clerk never said hello or how may I help you. We were the only 2 customers in her store. We left, and the clerk said nothing.

Anonymous Person Very nice owner! She was kind! I had such a horrible experience at His and hers fashion beauty supply in Gonzalez. So it was a relief knowing that this owner was so kind. She was nice to my kids. Normally people don’t like small kids in the store. She even gave them a bag of chips.That is an extra plus ! However the black lady at the register needs to work on her personality. She can come across negative.

J Walk Extremely disappointed to say the least!!! Today 3/15/2020 I visited this store (which I often do) and received the NASTIEST attitude from the assigned employee that opened the store. Let me begin by stating that the hours of operation each Sunday is from 1pm to 5pm... not 1:07 which was the time that the associate arrived. I recognized her as an employee of the store so I immediately got out of my car and met her at the door only to hear “You gon have to wait because I have to turn the alarm off.” Not a greeting such as hello mam, I apologize for being late , if you will please be so kind to give me just a few moments to turn off the alarm and then you can come in.” OH NOOOOOO.... RUDE RUDE RUDE! Then after turning off the alarm she literally SHOVED the door open to me as if to say don’t you see we are open for business now!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! I come to this store often because the city is small and we are limited to beauty supply products and stores. Not to mention, the owner is EXTREMELY pleasant, helpful, and accommodating . So let me give the description of this nasty associate... African American woman between the age of 48-60ish... short hair cut about 5’6... But no need to look for her by my description. You will know her immediately by her DISGUSTING demeanor. I don’t care what my needs are, if I go to this store again and she’s there... it’s simple for me... ABOUT FACE! I’m out...

Melissa Jarreau Randi Bourque is the best hair stylist! She’s always more than accommodating with both schedule and what the girls and I want to do with our hair. Majority of the time I go in not sure of what I want and always walk out amazed at her work. She’s not only great at her job, she makes everyone feel like family! By far the best! I would recommend anyone and everyone looking for someone to style, color, highlight and cut your hair, Randi is your girl! We love her

Kelsie Gautreau I highly recommend Brynn with BARE for my spray tan for our work tailgate party! I did the rapid. Reasonably priced, GREAT service, and a GREAT result. I’m not a fan of spray tans, but I wanted to be tanned and not glow in the sun for the tailgate and her tan was PERFECTION! She even answered my 3759584 questions the next day! I also would like to HIGHLY recommend Randi Bourque and her hair services! She’s always quick to fit me and my boys in and does a tremendous job! I always go in telling her to do whatever, just nothing crazy because I’m a nurse and she always hooks me up with a great cut and color/highlight!

Kaleigh404 Brianna cuts and styles my hair, she does amazing!! I highly recommend her if you want to change up your look. The pricing if very fair in my opinion, definitely not over priced like some places around. Appointments are definitely required, they’re pretty busy and stay booked up. Love this place

Monica Doucet They have never given me a hair style that I didnt like. Each stylist is very proficient in her skills. My primary stylist is Christina, but all of the stylists do a wonderful job and they are very friendly and make you feel at home.

I get vivid colors in my hair & they use top notch products. Been going here for almost a decade & they have never disappointed me. They’ve always given me the cut & color I’ve asked for while keeping my hair healthy & radiant in the process. The hair artists/stylists are very kind & friendly; not only are you going to get a relaxing experience but it also feels like you’re going to visit your friends at every visit.
