Darcey Ratcliff I would give no stars at all! I walked in ask for some blonde, mind you I’m already blonde and was looking for more of a touch up. They kept apply bleach to my hair for over two hours. My hair as she was drying it was coming out in clump which the woman said was normal and I know is not. My Jair is white not blonde. And even after getting home buying proper products to help my hair I still had clumps of hair falling out in the tub there was also still bleach residue in my hair. My scalp is red my hair is white and they charged me extra for the extra bleach which wasn’t even what I asked for. Do not go here they’ve fried my hair and I’m mortified! Returning a few days later to say my hair is still falling out. Pulse my hair is the whitest white when I asked for freaking BLONDE! The lady with the brown hair how was pretending to know what the hell she was doing kept adding bleach to my head while it was processing. My scalp is still red. Not to mention the insane amount you charged us. You will be hearin from me and my lawyer. I signed nothing to allow you people to screw my hair the way you did. My hearts broken.

Shade Sisk Buyer Beware. I called and asked how much s set it with gel polish he said 25, I walked in and had it done and he said 45. He was extremely rough and showed a general lack of skill, and was so tough that he took the skin off the tip of my pinky. I took that pic in the parking lot. I just took the L, but wont be going back and i dont recommend anyone else go either. Waste of time. Shady shady people.

Porter Amber (SnoAngel92) They did an awesome job on my nails. I only have one issue. They nail polish on my nails began to fade after only 3 days...I think they should have put another coat or 2 on them. They were very professional and attentive to what I wanted my nails to look like. They were very nice people and greeted me when walking in. The only issue was the wait time but, they are a busy nail salon with a lot of customers so, there is bound to be a slight wait time.

Courtney Tamez Worst experience ever in a nail shop!!! My nails and toes look like crap and are poorly done! Then not to mention the guy gave me a suggestion but didnt say it will change the pricem $150 for something totally not worth it!!!! Each nail has a different shape also.

Casey E. I brought my daughter here to have her nails done. They got us in right away with no wait. The price is reasonable. My only complaints would be that they only take cash and if your wanting some kind of artistic design on your nails this might not be your best option. My daughter got a sunflower on two of her nails and you can barely tell what its supposed to be. The actual nail job is good though.

Angie Matson Essence worked so hard and did such a great job on my feet. She has done many pedicures for me. I have also taken my sister in law to her and she was very pleased too!!

Phyllis Lewis I bought shorts from there for my son when the had them $3. My son wore the shorts to school and came home and told me he put something on it pockets and it feel out due to holes in the pocket. I asked the lady could we exchange them and she said yes but would have to pay full price. Really lady I said exchange.

Female Dreamer The staff is "ghetto" and it really isnt very professional. They do not have price tags on anything. But they have great products.

Miss Michelle Nice store with trained spies to make sure u steal nothing. They follow u all over the store especially if you have small children. If visiting, go alone or with a girlfriend. Fake smiles are welcome.

Sierra Dupre They did such an amazing job and really listened to what I wanted and accomplished it beyond my expectations. Most importantly had an amazing attitude through it all. Highly recommend

Jami Johnson Essence does GREAT pedicures!!! She also gives a great 10 minute leg massage!! Update 12-21-23: their work is good. I suggest the chrome finish!! I just changed from red to green-both had/have the chrome- they were/are perfect for Christmas and New Years!! I cant wait to try it on a light blue for our colder months!!

Velda Guyewski I had a nail shop I went to on a regular basis. My daughter wanted to try them out because the old one wasnt doing it anymore. The nail tech who did my nails did an amazing job. I told her what I wanted and she never complained one bit and did them exactly like I wanted. This is our new shop. I never get just plain painted nails, I always get designs and they never complained it was to much. The price was good too.
