L Gunter I was a walk-in the staff made me very comfortable. My previous experience with another doctor was horrible. The doctor and his assistant walked me through everything that was going on. The wait was not long at all, I did ask to be put on gas, but I like his technique I never knew he put the needle in. So far this was my best experience ever today I have officially switched dentist. Thank yall so much.

Johnathon I just finished my first visit here. Let me first say that I dont know any of the staff. I am new to the area and have a crazy work schedule. So when a filling came out and the tooth broke I needed to have an appointment made. My wife literally called every dentist office in a 70mi radius. I had one day to have both a new patient exam and the work done. It took the office a week to squeeze me in, but even still no one else could/would do it within a month. When I arrived we were a few minutes late and were given no grief over it. The staff was amazing and took me right back while my wife did the paper work. Once I got back the assistant asked questions about xrays and actually cared if I have had them done recently because of the cost. When those were done and Kurt came in holy crap. Real down to earth, wasnt at all preachy, but was very informative about what needed to happen and what could wait. They were very willing to go over a schedule for work I needed to have done without being pushy. He was awesome and I felt the least amount of dental discomfort I have ever felt. That being said it was next to none, but dental pain has never really bothered me. He worked very quickly and did an amazing job on three fillings that I needed. He also took extra time to make sure my bite was returned to normal with the fitting of them. My 3yo was in the waiting room and getting bored. They allowed him to come back a few times to look my room and were very polite and pleasant. Its worth mentioning that they were short staffed and the place wasnt packed. So this is to attest to their mentality, Im sure if the place was busy it would have not been the case. Overall I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a good dentist. Especially those around Ft. Polk that dont have time to shop around. Make the drive and you will not be disappointed.

Chenoa Hooper My Dad saw Dr. Gaither today and had 2 teeth pulled. He was in a huge hurry because his coworker was out and right after attempting to numb his tooth before pulling, he pulled before it was numb. My dad told him he could still feel everything & the dentist ignored him & continued to pull the tooth. He didn’t wait for the numbing to take effect. Zero concern that it was excruciating pain. Also left his gums abnormally swollen. Completely unprofessional & my dad will never return. Blown away by the lack of concern. Even his office staff was apologizing for his behavior!

Stella Poindexter I sincerely appreciate the level of professionalism that was shown during my first visit today at this office. Dentist, assistant, and office staff were welcoming, courteous, and very helpful while providing their services. Explanations were provided in terms the average person could understand, and Questions were welcomed(which has Not always been my experience). Emaly Drayton The staff was rude and extremely unprofessional. It was by far the worst experience Ive had with a doctors office in this town. I had to drive my mother to the appointment after she was told to take a medication that would make her drowsy. I couldnt find the building. She couldnt help so we were a little late. Called them to tell them and got there and they refused to see her. Whats irritating is that they were late during her first visit! No compassion or concern.

David Morrison Dr. De Witt without hesitation deserves the highest praise possible in his more than apt skill level in diagnostics and as a practitioner. Sterling service from the time you enter the front door until your leaving. Highly recommended! All staff second to none.

Steph Rhone Dr De Witt was absolutely wonderful as well as his staff. He was able to save my front tooth with a laser procedure that was a previous root canal tooth without needing a crown afterwards. I would highly recommend him.

Kristy Hazelton I absolutely love everything about this office and the people who work here . I’ve never been treated so kindly! I have never had to wait long nor have I had any problems with this office I have only been a patient for a few months now but I do not have one single complaint and definitely recommend Dr. Katie and her staff to everyone who asks me where I got my braces.

Nelda Fairley I went to Dr. David Jones back when I was 13 and he put a stainless steel cap on my tooth. He said it would probably only last 3 years but it lasted 30 years until a Jolly Rancher broke it off. :D He was such a great dentist!

natalie vallery Do not recommend this doctors office. They will not answer the phone. Every time I call I receive a text message. Cant get anyone to return my call. They should not be in business if they cant answer the phones are return calls.

Kathy Brooks Appointment is for 0800. 2nd person to arrive at 0740. No one has called a single pt to the back for treatment and it is now 0830. Ok they are in the back having a meeting . No explanation to anyone. It is 0845 and I have left. Will find another dentist.

Latifah Williams I absolutely loved it! In the beginning I went in just wanting to do something different and was really unsure if I would actually like it. After doing hands on activities in the lab on the FIRST DAY in an actual office and getting the feel of how things worked I knew before the end of that class I was going to enjoy it and I did, the whole 12 weeks. I had great instructors Melissa, Eva, Charee, and Danielle who answered any questions we had. An awesome Career Service Specialist, Tevin who was only both an email or a phone call away with very quick responses. If you’re thinking about doing it, don’t think too long just do it I promise you’ll love it!

Mary Ann Laughlin-Hadsall great dentist. I had one crown done several years ago and two filings since starting with him. They are all great. Now going every six months for cleanings and checkups because of my mild periodontal disease. Very gently doctor.

Tomeka Farmer Dr. Mangum is the best decision I have ever made. He is so gentle and absolutely caring. I live in Texas now and each time I visit a dentist office they compliment my bridge work I received from Dr. Mangum. Hands down he is the best choice in the STATE unmatched... Adults and Kids Bring the whole family. He wont disappoint. The entire staff is great.

natalie vallery Called for zoom price in October for Xmas present. Pam quoted me 50.00 for consult and 400.00 for trays and zoom. Called today and spoke with Pam for future appointment and Zoom went up 100.00. She quoted me different price. 495.00 for trays and zoom and 50.00 for consult. I asked why did the price go up and she said they were running a special at the time.She wouldnt give me the price I was given in October. Dont recommend this doctor office to anyone.
