Jayy Trap Came in for a pedicure, my toe nails are at an angle on some and jagged on others, didn’t even let the man polish because I already know I have to get it fixed. A disappointment for sure.

Patsy Hebert Normally I go to Annies, decided I would try elsewhere. I dont know the name of the person doing my pedi. Worst pedi I ever had. Did not scrap the bottom of my feet well, polish was very sloppy. I was there maybe 15 minutes and $50.00 later. Walked out and never to return.

Maddy Smith Today was the second day me and my mom got our nails don’t here. The staff is very kind and welcoming. They don’t rush you out like most places, and will ask you throughout the entire process if you are happy with them to make sure you leave happy. By far the best place to get your nails done in the rosepine/ derrider area.

Ashley Slaydon The staff is great. There were 5 of us and they even stayed after hours to finish us up. We all got Mani and Pedis.

Aerianna Jones They did what I wanted and more. I am very very pleased with my experience here. They did better than the inspiration picture that I showed. They also were amazing with my 6 month old babygirl. I highly recommend this place. Also my nails were for my wedding!!!

Lynette Ferguson I went there for a pedicure and was very pleased with the service. They were very friendly and got me in and out quickly. My pedicure turned out great. I will definitely visit them again when Im in town.

jessica Rich Ive heard so much about this place. That they ARE the BEST around. I think NOT! I went in for a simply full set with shellac on top. They were not busy. So I figured my nails would be perfect. Nope. Day one already have bubbles under the polish. And Im sure they used a a old USED nail file on me. So back to classy nails in moss bluff it is.

Rachita Rhine I was upset about these so bad! They are wide, bulky, rushed and very unsatisfactory! Tony did my nails and my fingers are Not that big! They were so thick! The shapes on each hand/finger were literally doing their own thing!!! Hannah RUSHED on my feet! My big toenail looks HUGE! When I’m spending $ just like everyone else, Don’t rush because you’re trying to make more money! However, the did well with my daughter.

Brittany Duplechain Negative. If you cannot simply paint nails, then you should not be working at a nail salon. You’re charging people over $60 for a pedicure (w/gel polish) and I come out with toe nails that look like my 7 year old painted. And since the gel was all over my skin and you continued to cure it, as soon as I got home, the polish fell off of my pinky toe. No sir. Never again. Oh and not to mention, cutting my skin instead of my cuticles, more than once, to the point of me bleeding. And I didn’t see them grab anything out of a new little baggy or any of the tools looking like it was previously cleaned.. definitely questionable. Do not recommend.

Wendy Bergeron I decided to give Hannahs a 2nd chance today well it wont happen again. I told him 1st I didnt want them round. Well there round and the color is so ugly but thats my fault but they rush you so much to pick a color and then you can see thru the polish on my nails and on some the tips dont even look painted also I paint and he never even tried to get the paint from under my nails. Ive never left a place where my nails looked this horrible

Elder Denise I have had nothing but awesome results here. The woman that does my nails is very experienced and knowledgeable. She takes her time and is very considerate of the way she handles my nails. I am extremely grateful for her dedication and time. Thank you.

Brook Till Kim is the best in town and her mom is the best to. Shes been doing me and my moms nails for the past 11 years. And would never go to anyone else. She like part of the family. Need any thing done she the go to person.

nekoel Nichols Im new to the Lake Charles area. Ive gone to Polish Nails twice. Both times I was turned away. Ive only seen1 lady each time Ive gone in. She tells me come back in 1 hour or hour in a half. When asked if she takes appts she said no. If I cant make an appt and you turn your walk-ins away. How will I ever get serviced? Will not go back there again.

Chloe Turner Ricky Chapman is the best hair dresser around. Good service. Attractive and clean shop. I highly recommend. update: Ms. Andrea the receptionist is great. Very helpful and welcoming. Ms. Susie did mani and pedi on me and I was happy. She has been there 17 years. Courteous and on-point. Kyle is shampoo, style and blow out. He made it look easy and did my hair style like the picture I showed him. above my expectations. this salon is professional and exceeds my expectations.

MEGAN CAPPS Visited here for the first time and got ripped SLAM OFF. picked a deluxe pedicure they tried to PLAY ME and just use the shredder then paint my toes so I reminded them what I got. THEN went to check out they charged $79 dollars for a pedicure quoted of $48. Unless you wanna be ripped off I wouldn’t go here. Because that was NOT a $78 pedicure..

Keiera Deonn Been here to get my eyebrows waxed they have broken out really badly I don’t have sensitive skin are problems with my skin at all. I have gotten my eyebrows waxed at other nail salons& never had this issue ive called about the problem and they were very rude. Also got my nails done was overly priced for French tip duck nails I was charged $82 +5 dollars extra for length and my nails didn’t even last a week. Also got my eyelashes done. They were not put on correctly. They were glued to the top of my eyelids into the edge of my eyelashes were extremely hard to take off and very painful multiple of my lashes came off in the process I do not recommend here for any services whatsoever

Tonya English I like the work the nail tech does. Im disabled and the techs take care of me. Its hard on me but they make me comfortable as possible. I got my toes done and my eye brows arched. Thanks for your time and effort with me today.

Tina Johnson The husband is really rude he speaks to some customers got mad because I asked for my nails thin not thick I went in multiple times after that he never greets me and skips over me very rude and disrespectful its distasteful

Jill Flegel I should have read the reviews for this place. Everyone is right about the guy who does the nails. At first I just thought he was a little salty. Thats ok by me. But on my third visit I asked him to do a better job on the overlay on my nails so they did not resemble bubbles, also to please do a better job on the filing. I literally have had to file my own nails after the previous visits. Dude copped an attitude and the rest of my visit was awful and the worst part is he hurt me with the drill and even after I told him it was burning me he continued to do so. Thats unacceptable. After he finished torturing me he huffed off like a child and I waited for the nice lady who does the gel..I literally pulled a file out of my purse and filed my own nails. If the goal was to make me never come back again then mission accomplished.

Ashleigh Cormier I want to give this place zero stars but because you have to give one star in order to give a review they get one. I got my nails painted on yesterday 7/23/16. Today 7/ 24/16, I have posted pictures showing what my nails look like the next today. HORRIBLE!!!! I want my money back but I live in Fort Worth Texas and I was just in town for the weekend. I do not recommend this place to anyone, I guess when you pay cheap prices you certainly also get cheap work. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I just for once but love a nail salon to have someone to actually acknowledge you sitting in their chair, you go in these nail salons they will not talk to you all they do is nod at you. Then when you try to speak to him they start talking in their language. So I downloaded an app to understand them. Wow wow I will be looking for an individual person to do my nails now.

Jeannie Clark I love meagan. She does perfect eyebrows every-time I go but the other nail techs she works with are rude. I went in the nail shop to get my eyebrows done and they yelled at me to get out the shop. I went at 5:10 and online it says they close at 7. When I asked what time they close for future reference he yelled at me again to get out. I don’t know if I will return.

Angie Vincent Absolutely nothing special! The girl was very nice but the worse massage that I have ever had. Not meaning that it was terrible but it was a waste of my time and money. I was ready for it to end before it did.

Meags G I drive 45 min one-way to get here once a month! I moved out of the area 7 years ago, tried 2 different other places locally, and drove right back there! The 3rd time was a charm - back to Scarborough’s! All the ladies are great there, but Candis is my girl!! :-) She is amazing and always gives me exactly what I want plus more! From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave, you feel at home with everyone there. I know the first time is always scary with a new salon, but DO NOT HESITATE to pick up the phone and schedule! I am SOOO difficult (hate to admit it, but hey it is what it is lol) and they never disappoint! This salon has truly been a blessing to me and I know you won’t regret it!

Daphne Winters Kelly is so awesome. She is so incredibly nice and awesome at customer service. I have been going to her for over 20 years now ever since she moved here from Vietnam and worked at Perfect Nails with her sister in law Megan. I will never go to anybody else.

Martelle Hangs up every time I call. Im not sure how any one is able to schedule an appointment if all they do is answer and hang up. I do not recommend this place of business.

Kizzy Etienne I feel like I was over charged. I went in for a pedicure and regular manicure and eyebrow arch. First of all, she didnt ask me if I wanted the deluxe pedicure, she just did it. For the manicure, he didnt even soak my nails. He did cut them and buff them but I have the same dirt I been having. He did nothing to my cuticles. I had no idea that eyebrow arch had went up to $15. I just wont go back there.

Julia Burks I remember looking for a nail shop because no one was open since after the storm. I found Aurora since 2020 and I have never went to another nail shop. Hanna is the best I never tell her how I want my nails I just ask her to freestyle it and she never disappoint me. Pam is so awesome on the eyebrows and pedicure and when Hanna is not around Emily is my other go to person with the nails. I love all these ladies and they are so awesome. Personalized services, a wide range of nail polish colors, nail designs and comfortable seating also contributes to the positive experience at this nail salon.

Jaime Thomas I wish I could give them more stars because I love the work they do, but they are so inconsistent with the hours of operation. I’m literally sitting outside at 6:30 and they are closed. I rushed to get here and they are gone. They do this all the time.
