Bryanne Stanberry I had my first appointment today and couldn’t be more impressed! Both the dentist and dental hygienist were absolutely wonderful—warm, professional, and incredibly efficient. The entire visit was smooth from start to finish. They made me feel completely at ease and were so lovely to be around. I truly appreciated how quick and thorough they were without compromising on care. I’m genuinely looking forward to my next visit—highly recommend!

Kristy Walker I have NEVER been to a more welcoming., positive place in my life! Laura, Dr. Fox, Kayla, & Dr. Murphy were so friendly (kinda felt like we were all family by the end of our appointment). Kayla explained EVERY detail of my son’s procedure to him. She showed him the equipment, told him what he’d hear, see & feel. Dr. Fox got additional brownie points with Jake after their conversation about which type of chucks were the most comfortable.

Stacey Bridges High recommend! From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted with the most pleasant and professional front desk staff. I barely sat down and they were calling me back for my exam. That was a blessing in itself. No wait time. The staff in the back were professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of today. You could tell each one of them truly loved their job their upbeat attitudes and smile were truly amazing. I will definitely be going back and I will be recommending this office to anyone that I come in contact with looking for a dentist office! Keep up the great work and never lose those smiles cause it sure brighten my day today.

Nicole Cryer We had the BEST experience yesterday with Graf! Our nurse Amber was so sweet, explained everything with ease. My 10 year old completely understood everything she was saying. They were very thorough in the exam. And actually began the process of his braces the very day! Fantastic down payment and was able to set the monthly payment up for drafting! This facility came highly recommended from many others in our town.

Daniel Vetter Emergency room did excellent. The problem I had was my friend had to wait two days to get into a room when they said they were gonna keep her. And they didnt feed her for close two 24 hrs. Totally ridiculous. My friend has severe COPD and requires oxygen 27/7. This happened one other time. Next time shell go to Willis knighten thats what she said as well as some of her family and me

Joyce Maddox Went in for outpatient procedure. I’ve never had an iv inserted so painfully. Bad enough but when I woke up afterwards was told granddaughter was waiting out front and I could leave. No wheelchair, I just walked out. Thinking if I can walk I can drive so drove myself home. Surely my thinking might have been somewhat skewed from sedative? Glad I didn’t fall, trip or have a wreck. I think I’ll go to Homer Hospital in the future, much better patient care

Karolyn Moore I went to emergency in severe pain. The sign in , staff, and doctors were wonderful. They were able to find the problem which was kidney stone. I was treated with care, compassion and concern. Thank you Minden Medical Emergency. I give you a 10/10

Mary Rayburn Lewis They are very kind and patient with the children. I like the way they dont force the child to do anything they just encourage them and let them do it on their terms.

A Google User Love DR. Cloud, Dr. Gamble, & Dr. Ly is a good too! However Dr. Srivarsha Ponna is terrible. I now refuse to be scheduled with her anymore. My kids have seen her on numerous occasions and each time has not been a good experience. She is terrible with littles and kids younger than 10. She will audibly huff and puff, display an attitude towards the patients, and she does NOT have good communication skills neither.

Schyte The dentist and other staff workers that actually work with the kids are AMAZING! They always make my baby feel comfortable. BUT the women at the front desk are VERY UNORGANIZED!!!! I would give them no stars if I could simply because of them.

Taylor Moore Can not say enough good things about this office and their staff. I’ve had some not so great dental experience in the past, but Dr. Goodman and Dr. Bundy went above and beyond to make sure any questions were answered and went over ALL options and never once made me feel pressured to make a decision. 10/10 recommend. I seriously can not say enough great things, Lizzy, the assistant was there every step of the way to help calm my nerves as well. They are seriously the best.

Tara Wright Dr Goodman presented a care plan that I didn’t understand so I asked him to explain it to me because I wanted to fully understand what my options were before I committed to spending thousands of dollars even after insurance paid their portion. He stood up and said. “Let me break it down a little more simple for you” and proceed to stand over me and literally and figuratively talked down to me. It was so humiliating and after a few minutes I started to cry and he kept on even though it was obvious I was upset. I sat up and told him I had to leave and proceed to leave the room. My 15 y/o was down the hall so I waited outside the door for him and when Dr. Goodman was done we left. If I had to guess at why Dr. Goodman treated me so poorly I would have to say it was because he was very busy and I was keeping him from his next patient by having him explain my options. Shortly thereafter I received a call from one of his staff and she apologized to me for the way he treated me even though she wasn’t even in the room when it happened. The staff has always been very friendly to my whole family and up until that day so was Dr. Goodman.

Kalan Smith Dr. Goodman and his staff are the absolute best!!! From the moment you walk through the door to the moment you walk out you are treated like family. Dr. Goodman goes above and beyond to explain treatment options. The hygienist teach you how to best care for your teeth and celebrate your success. Minden Family Dental has the friendliest receptionists in the world. The dental assistants are always comforting their patients as they prepare for treatments. As a patient that has had many office visits and procedures I can say that I am So blessed to have Dr. Goodman as my dentist.

Lynn Kemp The fact that I was in a program last year ans have SEVERE teeth problems led the dentist here to say screw my problems Im not helping you until I see in a week from now. While Ive called more than once to get some pain relief. The mighty power of judgemental people I tell you. I wouldnt recommend this place if u have been in teen challenge becuz u wont get proper treatment.

Jade Katana The staff has been very kind. I appreciate that they took the time to make sure I’m comfortable because of my disability. Dr. Bell is awesome! She took the time to address any questions I had. The only negative is that appointments are all scheduled at least a month out from your last. So it could many months to take care of all of cavities if you have a lot or need a lot of work done. I think this is just due to how many patients they have as it’s the only Medicaid accepting dentist in the area. Probably not the clinic’s fault.

Michelle Horrible.. rude..unprofessional...they dont care about helping anyone; just getting a paycheck. They were back there talj8ng about their personal life and cussing and meanwhile they put the bite in my mouth wrong and was hurting me really bad. This was the worst experience ever

Tyler Day Good dentist but should really be more nice. Whenever they do my teeth I have bad anxiety so I panic and cant control it at all. Instead they think it would be a good idea to catch an attitude on me. They keep on bouncing me around to new dentists all because of me panicking so much. They dont even try to give me a chance or at least try to prescribe me with medicine to help calm me down during surgery. I cant help for how I feel. They are very good dentists but they should be more nice and use more common sense whenever it comes to patents like me. Some people with bad anxiety cant help control on how they feel. Please be more calming and nice to patents like me. If we really bother yall that much then prescribe us with medicine besides kicking them out of the system like trash, very simple.

Jeremy Divis Had to have an emergency root canal done and Dr Campbell took care of me in no time and had me back up and running asap. Outstanding service by the dental assistants as well.

Ender Smith Washington Had caps put on and one came off in one year due too my bottom teeth pushing against the caps, i have hot and cold sensation due too no root treatment. One of my bottom teeth started braking from the friction, my mouth had been cut up often from the preparation of the tooth! I am embarrassment too open my mouth.

Wanda Warren This gracious Dentist and his original staff prior to the invasion of ironically Dr. Goodman. Those before were genuine and caring but this man is not good and faith filled. He is disturbed.

Wanda Warren Dr. Fred Cabiness is hands down the best dentist to ever car for me. I am 50 years old and I think of him as just simply amazing. As he prepared for retirement I literally cried. Love ya Dr. Cabiness! If you work one hour a week or forty... you are still the best!
