T Hutch I go to Nina and Lili for my acrylics. They are both very gentle and pay attention to detail. Very sweet and patient nail stylists. The salon is always clean. I’ve had two pedicures and the massage is too gentle for me. They do have bottled water and wine available upon request. I suggest going earlier in the week when it’s not crowded, and I always call ahead of time to make sure they have availability.

Taylor Lambert Ive been going to Tiffanys for years and they do fantastic work. Their work is precise and quick, and I never have to wait long for service. The gals stay up to date on the latest trends and offer so many different options. The salon is clean and a friendly atmosphere. I recommend Tiffanys to all my family and friends!

Emi Monceaux Such a nice place and all the employees are so friendly. I typically get acrylic sets and refills and they always do exactly what I want and don’t charge much if anything for repairs. Great variety of colors and chromes too

Mary Roser I had the most wonderful experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and a friendly smile by the owner, who made me feel right at home. The entire staff is incredibly professional, attentive, and skilled. My nail technician took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire service. The salon itself is spotless, with a relaxing atmosphere that really adds to the experience. My nails turned out absolutely gorgeous, and I’ve received so many compliments! If youre looking for a place that offers top-notch service with a personal touch, I highly recommend this salon. It’s truly a gem!

nichia huxtable Im in town for a conference and desperately needed a manicure. This salon is seriously one of the best, if not THE best, salons I have been to. The techs are warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. I literal put told them to choose my nail color and nail art, and they made much better choices than I would have ever made on my own. The vibe is incredible and I wish I could take them all back to California. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Love love love.

Kieu Tran I have my nails done for my wedding. Since it is my first time getting my nails done, Thy, the nail tech, recommended a Gel X full set and french tip that she thought would be classic and elegant for wedding. It turned out great. I wish I have a photo of my nail set when I had it done (Didnt think I would write a review at that time). It didnt feel heavy or uncomfortable which is nice. And it lasted me 4 weeks. I keep trimming the nails since I like my nails short so here is the picture of my nails after 4 weeks. All nails are still on and pretty. Ill just keep them on until my nails grow all out. I thought Thy deserved to get credits for her great art. Ask for Thy, she knows what to recommend based on your need.

Gabriela Campa I have been getting my nails done here for about 6 months and have loved every set. I don’t get designs typically just dip powder on my natural nails and they look great each time. The technicians are professional, efficient, and pay close attention to detail. My natural nails have grown so much thanks to the care they are provided at City Nails & Spa. Set lasts like 4 weeks! No lifting and cracks are super rare. The technicians are also super nice!

Celeste Mott Update: still love this place & it’s become my regular spot! Annie did some beautiful chrome nails for me today & I love them. Mia did an amazing job on my acrylic refill & redesign! Service was quick and gentle (not too rough with the file and no cuts to my fingers like I’ve had at other salons), and they turned out so great! Mia was also very sweet and kind - small salon but excellent service

NATASHIA GEORGE 1st time, and Im definitely coming back! I came in 30min before closing needing a full set and pedicure, and they welcomed me with a smile!!! Quick registration and seated immediately. Kimmie and Rosie were the best! Finished in 1hr. Complimentary drinks and snacks were the topper. Eden Shlomi Dominkia was amazing! she had my skin which was a HOT MESS look glowing!!! she was so knowledgeable and walked me through every step. Im someone who likes to know what is going on and she let me know! I also added on the eye darts. WORTH IT. it makes a difference if you have eye bags or dark under eye. she inspired me to want to take better care of skin and get it all clear..... and i feel really good about my face......

M L This is one of my favorite spas in the city. Donica is such a fantastic healer and business owner. Everyone is great at their roles and the artwork inside is beautiful. So happy to have been around since they started and grateful to be a long term customer and friend! My skin looks glowing and feels so clean for awhile after my facials here. The massage helped my partner so much. Thank you!

Michelle Todd Donica is the best! I absolutely love her energy, and it is always a pleasure to see her. Ive had many massages at Botanical, and all of them have been wonderful. I cant recommend this place enough!

Hannah Tholstrup We had an amazing experience getting our nails done at Tropical Oasis. After a long flight from Denmark, we spent our first day in New Orleans getting pampered by the wonderful women at Tropical Oasis. The nail techs were so sweet and open, indulging us (foreigners) in all our questions about New Orleans history, culture, and politics—all while giving us a full treatment, with massages and scrubs, and really making our feet and toenails look amazing. If you are looking for quality nail treatment in cozy surroundings and in really good company, you should definitely visit Tropical Oasis (we are going back to get a manicure before we leave)!

Jessica M I’ve been going to Tropical Oasis for about a year and a half now, and I love it completely. When I leave with my beautiful pedicure I always feel relaxed and cared for. I’ve only ever seen India, because why mess with a good thing, but I see what the other techs are doing and it all looks great. You can’t typically just walk in, but usually I can book 1.5-2 days out and have some time choices. Go get your toes done!

Chantel Moffett I tried Lakeview Nails & Spa after thinking about trying them out for at least a year. After reading some Google reviews, I decided to give it a try and booked an appointment with August. August evaluated my nails and made a recommendation to try TAP Gel. I absolutely LOVE my nails! I haven’t been this excited about the way my nails look in a really long time. I will definitely be back.

Kelly Weston Salon is super clean and peaceful! ( I went on a Monday to avoid crowds, and I made an appointment.) I specifically requested Kathy because I had heard so many good things about her, and she was so thorough, meticulous and kind. Great massage chairs, chill music, and calming videos without sound. Enjoy the view of Harrison Ave. or just close your eyes and enjoy Kathy’s wonderful care!

Catie Glorioso This is actually the best nails I have ever gotten before. The nail tech (August), who did my pedicure and full set, took her time and made sure my nails were perfect!! She was so sweet and she was so easy to talk to! I will be going back and requesting her again, she down!!

Megan Thiel, LCSW The owners are very kind and professional. I have never had a bad experience at Southern Swings Nail Bar. The porch swings at the pedicure stations add a fun detail that makes the experience even more enjoyable. I have been going to them for years. They always make great suggestions on what colors to choose. The space and tools are very clean and sanitary. If you want a relaxing and quality experience, then check them out.

Cheryl Lasso I had an amazing experience at Southern Swings Nail & Wine Bar. The owner, Brandi has created more than just a nail salon, it is a nail experience. Her place is so cute and the cleanest salon I have ever been in. My nail artist, Ashley did such an amazing job on my Mani Pedi, her attention to detail was impeccable. I highly recommend this place & Ashley.

Marie This was my first time going to this place and will I continue to go back. Amanda was very nice, professional, and offered me a drink. By her doing such an amazing job on my pedicure put me in a very happy mood and boosted my confidence. She even offered to give me a refill in between doing my pedicure. I had been looking for a new nail shop and it’s safe to say I’ve found it. I can’t wait to let Wendy do an acrylic full set on me!

Jordan Fields This place sneaks in surprise fees at the end without telling you. My nail tech arrived late, and refused to give me the design I asked for. After giving me the design she felt comfortable doing, I was hit with a surprise $88 in extra fees. They charged me for a freestyle design for 10 fingers despite only getting a design on 8 fingers. I don’t understand how a short gel set with simple designs on only 8 fingers warrants a $113 bill AFTER paying a $40 deposit. I did not receive a set worth $153, and when i tried to explain these issues with the front desk she spoke over me and made me pay. I feel scammed and taken advantage of. The customer service here is nonexistent and I wouldn’t recommend anyone pay that much money to be spoken down to and scammed.

Terika Smith Would have loved to be able to leave a review regarding services, but I can only review professionalism as I was never serviced. I booked a lash appointment weeks in advance. On the day of my appointment I arrived on time only to be told that the person doing my lashes was out for a week on emergency leave. Completely understandable, unfortunately this wasn’t communicated to me until I was in the salon. I was told that no one reached out to me because I didn’t leave a phone number when booking. I asked why I wasn’t contacted via email that is REQUIRED when booking, the same email where I received multiple correspondences, and was once again told that I didn’t leave a number. No apology. Just an offer to reschedule when she returns. I attempted to call and speak with a manager regarding the mishap but never got an answer. Very unprofessional and extremely frustrating when I’ll be leaving the country in mere days.

Terri J. Brown I read the reviews for several nail shops in the area, and decided on this one, and glad I did. Clean, inviting, and Kevin was great with acknowledging me quickly asking what service I needed, and seating me. He also was my nail/pedi tech, who did a phenomenal job. I appreciated that he showed me their spring collection of colors, gave a bit about the family business and shared some insight about the customer experience. Definitely recommend and will be back. Customer service means everything to me, as the lack of it is the reason why I left my old nail shop.

Thao is amazing with executing any designs I bring in and she’s always happy to do it! She’s super friendly and her conversation makes the time pass quickly! And on top of all that, the prices are very reasonable!

Terri Lacombe COMPLETELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. i left so upset! if i am paying my hard work money and asking nicely to fix something about my nails, why are you arguing with me and dismissing my easy requests? attitudes, eye rolls, and i hate my nails. ONE INDEX finger completely crooked. i asked nicely to fix and was dismissed. to the point i had to completely stop her and demand it was fixed. she made me wait rolling her eyes, slamming her file, and speaking to the other workers pointing at my nails and laughing. i’m sitting there upset. another person came over after some time and stated that the previous worker knows what she’s doing. and that i need to trust her. telling me to calm down. basically telling me to keep the crooked nail and let them work. NO. i want you clearly to fix this nail, why is that even an argument over it. i am stating i do not like it. this is something i’m going to have to pay for and simply just want adjusted. mind you im not complaining about the whole set. with my toes, i asked for THICK acrylic. stating id pay extra if needed but when done thin it breaks easily. still did it thin. i asked if i can please thicken and she says “ but i already filed it. it’s fine. this is how it’s supposed to look.” we start going back and forth. tension over what i’m asking. she rushed through them. they burned - and after complaining they got rough with me. obviously more annoyed than me over something i want for my service. this took a toll on me and i had to sit very upset and continue to let these people do my nails. once rushed and done i could see straight through the black. just completely upset. all the nails are different lengths. and sizes. never again.

Chrishele Sterling KEVIN KEVIN KEVIN!!!! Trust me when I say that with Kevin on your set you will walk away like a school girl kicking your feet with excitement. He was so knowledgeable and caring and HONEST. I had been getting acrylic for the past two years and he was so kind and straightforward in letting me know that acrylic wasn’t doing my nails any justice and that it just wasn’t going to lead to any type of nail health no matter how often you change it or refill it, he offered me the Gel-X set which came out so beautiful and chic and cohesive that I fell in love, I sincerely will never get anything else other than Gel-X sets from now on! Thank you so much Kevin ❤️

Awanna Scott I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. The salon is beautifully designed and impeccably clean, with a unique bar top setup that adds to its charm. The nail technician and greeter were both friendly and humorous, making the visit even more enjoyable. What stood out most was that despite being located in upscale Canal Place, their prices remain very reasonable. The atmosphere was further enhanced by great music, making it a truly satisfying visit.

GottaGoNow Aesthetically, pleasing nail salon that is extremely big on hygiene. Which is very well welcomed. Relaxing, low tones. Polite and attentive nail technicians and hostess. Walkins are welcomed however, I highly suggest making an appointment. I was fortunate to get an appointment within 30 minutes of my arrival as a walk-in. They were very accommodating.

Lisa Bundy Vanity did an amazing job! The staff was welcoming, friendly and courteous. I can’t say enough great things! Loved the ability to book online. Vanity is your go to person if you have special medical concerns as well (I do not, but as a physician, I enjoyed talking with her about her special training taking care of these patients). glamorous kendra Wonderful experience! I was immediately greeted upon arrival. The gentleman at the desk was very kind and professional. The salon was peaceful and clean. No personal phone calls or distractions. I had previously scheduled an appointment online for one of the spa packages. My nail tech professional, Vanity, was prepared for my visit. My requested music and drink was provided before I entered the private suite. Vanity was very attentive and requested my approval throughout my entire appointment assuring that I liked my colors and shape of my nails. I appreciated her professional opinion on proper care and maintenance. My visit included a special gift which was thoughtful. I look forward to my upcoming regular appointments. I was hesitant to try a new salon, but I’m glad that I did. I have to commend the owner for creating a great environment to get pampered and maintain self care. ❤️

Taylor Rory was fantastic! First manicure, on a trip and the job I did at home was *not* holding up. He was very welcoming, environment was relaxing, and service was fast without feeling any rush. Definitely will go back next time Im in town, and recommend for anyone visiting or that lives here.
