shay thompson Mrs.Amy is the absolute best. While I was not a fan of the string method at first that she uses. She reassured me that if I kept coming every two weeks I would get use to coming. Coming to her for my eyes brows is the best decision that I ever made. Check her out for yourself you wont be disappointed.

We didn’t have an appointment and it was our first time to go there and they got us right in as a walk in! Great customer service. Really pleased overall with our first time experience. c_rod 1206 I had an appointment with Sonja today, and if I were to get a blind haircut, I would trust her with it. She tells me ideas of what she wants to do with the hair, and it comes out perfect every time. This is what we need when it comes to barbers, we need people who see a vision and put it in the cut. My hair came out exactly how I wanted it to for prom next week, and now I know who I’ll be going for in the future.

Regan Ardoin I went to this salon a few years ago and loved their work. A certain woman, as you walk in the door and look to the left, you her station. She did great. However, this last time I went has got to be the worst experience. I don’t remember the woman’s name, but it wasn’t the one from my first visit. Forgive me, I can only describe what she looked like. She had maybe two inch hair and it was purple at the time. Everything went GREAT until she did my bands. I literally watched her chop them off. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and told her the new trend of curtain bands was not my style and I definitely didn’t want that. So she gave me curtain bangs. The whole front of my hair was chopped and she kind of panicked. She kept moving it around nervously and said that it’ll look better when I go home and style it. ??????? I let my hair grow for two years before I went. I have to wait even longer now because I have curly hair and this made is look stupid. Loved my first experience. The second one wasn’t supposed to be done, because the stylist I booked with had called out. I think about it every single day because I can’t style my hair now. Not trying to sound like a Karen but these were my experiences and my hair is important to me.

Christina Morales I was in town for family get away and had to stop into this location twice. Both times I had great customer care from 3 different employees. I was looking for MVP lipstick from fenty which was out of stock but the young lady helped me find another lipstick with the same shade. I had a better experience in this location then I did in my own town.

But when I do I am always amazed with how hair free my lips and chin is from this service . My hair has thinned out a lot and doesn’t grow back as fast.

Van Appreciated the fact the stylist left my hair longer and only cut it shorter when i requested. As we said, you can always cut shorter but cannot add it back once it is cut. Also asked her to blend my bands a bit more after she was done. She cheerfully did so! Very positive experience.

Christina Roach My lashes came off literally 30 minutes later. Didnt get them wet or anything. They were applied on top not from under neath they were not applied to my lashes just glued straight to my eyelids very disappointed. Was a waste of $45

Christmas Merry (Ho Ho Ho) AAKRITI THE YOUNG lady took her job seriously. What should have been a 30 minute job removing acrylic nails but turned into a 3 hr job. I hand one nail that was almost torn down to the quick and she carefully handled it with care. I think she only works here on Mondays.

She took her time and even educated me on the difference in ME being dehydrated and my face being dehydrated. Needless to say I left with a serious glow. A I have been to this place several times & the older lady there has always done an amazing, 5-star job. This most recent visit there was a younger lady & she botched my eyebrows. I grew them out for a couple months bc I knew the usual lady would shape them perfectly. Now I have like 1/3 of my brows left & one side is thinner than the other lol. Really upset with the results I got with this new person. Also, the usual price is $10 but this new person charged $15.
