Jennifer Champagne Of the 4-5 staff members at the desk, not one person greeted me.. or anyone for that matter. A nice welcome greeting goes a long way. This time.. it was so noisy in there. I waited approximately 20 mins in the chair for someone to tend to me and the amount of noise in there was astounding. It was difficult to hear the music playing. There were employees, many of them, standing around in the hall way chitchatting and cutting up, which is fine but maybe it would be better to be in an employee lounge. Not everyone is comfortable with being at the dentist as it is.. on top of the crowd and noise added to the discomfort. It was just very noticeable this time. With that said, all else was good.

zoya kleshchevnikova Staff was very kind and quick at getting all my 3 kids done nearly at the same time. I was with my 3 year old and the hygienist was so sweet to him shes so great with kids I think it made a huge difference in helping him feel safe and relaxed, she even made him laugh and not feel scared. Im so grateful for her. Will come back

penny ogwynn Wasnt as painful as I thought it would be. I like the new smile I have!!! Just have to get them adjusted for the good fit but will have to wait until healed a lil more. Before and after pictures.

Rayne Talbot Pleased that they took me as a walk in. Wait time was reasonable. Once in the back in a chair. Dentist never came see me, never looked inside my mouth. Nurse just took X-ray & then came tell me that he was sending in antibiotics and a pain med.

Jasa Hubbell Amazing!!!! Ive had teeth pulled before and this place was by far the easiest, quickest, nicest place I have ever been to!! No xrays and extra stuff just to get more money. They asked what problem was, took a look and fixed it. 10/10 recommend. Ill probably never go back to my regular dentist and this will be only place I go from now on. Cant thank staff enough for getting me in the same day. No issues with healing process, payment, they were on top of everything!

I decided to try Benoit because they were close to me and all the positive reviews. They did not disappoint! I called at 7:30 am, and they saw me at 8:30am the same day! By 10am, I was out the door with a fixed tooth! Dr. Benoit was great, accommodating, and personable - and I’m very discerning about my dentists and not-so-personable myself. I’ll be returning for future treatment.

Sandy Cantrelle If someone has children, I highly recommend going to Bayou Childrens Dental Center. The first time we brought the children, they loved it. There are games to play while waiting for the appointment. Surprisingly it being a childrens practice, the atmosphere is calm & relaxing. The whole staff is amazing. They are very professional, kind, helpful and very efficient at their job. The kids love Dr Claudia Cavallino, as so do my daughter and I. She is thorough and takes the time to explains what is needed. We live an hour away and it is well worth the drive!

Queen Honestly VERY GOOD WITH CHILDREN ESPECIALLY WITH DISABILITIES. THEY MAKE SURE THE CHILD IS OK WITH EVERY STEP THEY TAKE. love that they have a separate room for the ones that are not ok in main area. Love they make changes to times to specific needs of the child. This is a place that I would recommend for people with autistic kids and more. They make sure the parents are ok with every step and make sure they explain every step. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!!!

Dristy20 Dr. Cuartas office is amazing! Super friendly staff and extremely professional hygienists. I highly recommend this office. Everyone here is kind and courteous. We were here for my children’s cleanings and the staff here made my children feel at home. The office is super stylish and well decorated. They are in the middle of a remodel that will create an even better experience. As for the cleanings, I recommend them 100%. They really take their time to do a thorough job. Very gentle and knowledgeable. Nat is such a kind soul, she really makes you feel like you are visiting a friend. Don’t hesitate to schedule with them. You won’t regret it!

Bubbles Popping Let me start by saying Dr. Moreau is a great dentist. The staff in the front are so friendly. Let’s discuss the hygienist. She is super friendly as well but does not care to take her time when cleaning teeth. I know this because my children and I went have our cleanings done here. All of my kids kept coming back into the waiting room crying after the cleanings I was telling them to relax it was just a cleaning but then it was my turn. She would rather use a tool that pokes and picks at your gums which is very painful than take the time to just clean your teeth. I’ve had many many cleanings and I have great teeth & this was a first and last for me. I was hesitant on posting this because the dentist is so good but other parents should know what they are signing up for.
