Lynn Smith Everything and everybody was very professional and nice. We will continue to use their services. We have continued with Louisiana Eye & Laser. We have used them for exams and glasses. I recently went through all their testing for cataract surgery. I have had my right eye done and go Monday to have the left one done. We have been pleased with the doctors and staff that have helped us. They are all very considerate and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Tiffany Hensley I have two complaints. First up, the wait time is excessive. I had to bring a toddler with me and my appointment was scheduled for 10am. We didnt get out of here until almost 12. I was seen until an hour after my appointment time. Secondly. Why are we paying a $100 sitting fee to get our contact prescription each year?! The size of my eye doesnt change and although my axis point had to be changed it was definitely an inconvenience to me to have to make another appointment to wait almost 45 minutes past my appointment time, again. AND they dont even carry my sample contacts in the office, so I had to make 2 additional trips there to pick up my sample contacts.... not an easy experience. Pros: Kind staff even though they are running around like crazy. Location in Leesville.

LaTasha Deibert Sara is amazing. She really does a great job answering questions and messages. Definitely look forward to my appointments. Just about all of the staff are friendly and nice with the exception of a few. Those few have terrible attitudes but they dont take away from the overall experience.

Beaux Wagner Deidre is awesome. She took the time to ensure all of mom’s concerns and questions were answered. Made all adjustments and had a great positive attitude.

Crystal Lane Dr Gainey is the only dentist who puts me at ease and does a good job. I felt really bad for making him angry at me by hollering out with pain. But The people who work in this dentist office are so warm and kind. I would highly recommend Dr. Gainey ❤️

B J They will happily tell you that they accept your insurance, but seem to purposely omit that its not in network and you will not be charged according to your insurance schedule because of that. This was mentioned only after my appointment where I was told I was "getting a deal" when having to pay. I dont know why they dont just tell you theyre not in network when you ask them on the phone. Dental hygienist was great as was the dentist himself. Just the whole omission of certain insurance pieces soured the entire experience and will cause me to not return.

Megan Joiner Dr.Montoya is AMAZING! She’s so knowledgeable, kind, and truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to answer questions in a way that can be easily understood. She actively listens and collaborates with her patients to provide the best care possible that also makes sense for their lifestyle. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a doctor.

Linda White I had a very positive experience. Everyone was very nice and friendly. I didn’t have a long wait. And would definitely recommend this clinic to e everyone.

Missi C Your mental health nurse/receptionist Alaja (was told that is her name) takes the care out of healthcare, in my opinion. She was rude and uncaring and assumed I expected her to pay for the $1500.00 copay for a medication I was prescribed. Instead of trying to figure out a way for me to be able to get the medication (was given a sample for 2 weeks to start before they went through my insurance) or seeing if something else can be prescribed so I don’t risk going into withdrawals and worsening the symptoms I am taking it for, possibly risking my life, I get treated without care or respect.

ROOFUS SHEP CREATIONS Horrible place only good thing is the guy who checks you in he diserves a raise. Tall blonde doctor that saw me is very unprofessional we literally discharged early bc this man came in telling me Im having anxiety when my chest pains are accompanied by blood pooling in my hands and feel dizziness and things of that nature so 100% not anxiety along with my heart rate going below 60 and sharp chest pains brought on by nothing no anxiety nothing and my fiance was simply telling the doctor what he saw happen to me and this doctor really whispered under his breath to my fiance "what would you know" like what? He was glaring at me the whole time too and acting like I was lying about my pain very rude behavior to someone coming in just wanting help bc they are worried about their health. This clinic is discusting in the way they treat patients im done going here! Ps found out this is doctor holler and it seems to be a common theme in these reviews that hes a crook you people need to do better

Tania Cuffee My husband & I both visited this hospital on two different occasions not once but twice they misdiagnosed us. We went to another facility for a second opinion just to find out they didn’t know at all what they were talking about! They sent my husband home with ibuprofen & a pat on the shoulder telling him his X-ray was clear just to find out he has a sprained ankle and a muscle pulled in his back . I won’t go in to details about myself but I was thrown antibiotics for something I didn’t have! Do better & this place needs to be updated it looks a mess.

Tina Gaunt Recently had an orthopedic surgery. Everyone was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. My stay at the hospital was also exemplary. Staff were checking on me constantly and asking if I needed anything. Dietary was outstanding! The food was good, home cooked meals that were tasty and filling. During my stay a tornado warning was issued for the area and staff were going around checking on all the patients to assure our safety. Then when I arrived home I received a follow up call from the nursing staff to assure everything was going well. I am really appreciative of the wonderful care and the thoughtfulness behind the care. My recommendation would be Daisy awards for everyone. From the volunteer that greeted me on arrival to the final phone call checking on me. Thank you everyone!

Robert Cook the first visit the Dr was flirting with his nurse made me uncomfortable. so next time my wife makes the app. says I said the other man took to long shook my head to much so she asked for a different dr (you know Im about to tell it . ) the man hurt me on purpose cracked part of my jaw 2 years now I still have bones coming out he did it on purpose cause I said his bud was weak so he was going to show me and crushed my tooth a baby tooth (talk about pathetic.) these our emotional lil women do not go here .. they hurted me on purpose herw what Im saying on purpose not a good lerson more an emotional children. with wrinkles and the young one cant keep off the help long enough to help. now go hurt some on e else you will nevr see me again your a disgrace to the professional art of healing. do no harm or yall forgot that?

Lisa Nicholas I’ve been using this office for years and have never had a problem. I went in for tooth pain and was told I needed a tooth pulled. No problem, not the first time. Dr. Hudson pulled it, and he was great as always. A week later I went back because I felt like I had a dry socket. I saw the younger doctor (Ben?) and he told me I just had food stuck in the socket. Ok, no problem, that’s on me for not rinsing. A month later I go back in because it’s still hurting and I feel like I have pieces of tooth trying to work their way out, which I know happens. This time I get told there’s no tooth shards (same doctor) and that’s it’s my jaw bone exposed and I need to wait for the gums to heal over it (after a month!). Today I have had three pieces of tooth work their way out, and it feels exponentially better. I could have been spared a month of misery if he had just taken the time to really look. I love Dr. Hudson, but I will not be seeing this new doctor again.

Joey Willis I just had to have two teeth pulled here today, and my experience was wonderful! I didnt have to wait long to be called back. The dentists assistant was a very sweet lady, and Dr. Ben was the one who pulled my teeth for me. Both he and his assistant were very caring and made sure that the entire process was completely pain free and quick. I was shocked when he said he was done. He also stitched me up to help with the healing process and took the time to actually talk to me before and after the procedure, so nothing felt rushed. I am so thankful for the care that I received from them, and I will be going back again.

Courtney Smith Very unhappy, I’ve been waiting here for over 2 hours 7.5 months pregnant with a bad toothache that I need to be seen about and I still have not been seen. There has been several new patients like my self coming in for dental work and I still haven’t been called back and the people that just walked in are being called in after they stated they are new patients. They could have at least told me this over the phone that I would be waiting this long. You would think they would try to get you in because you’re pregnant, but no I am hungry and frustrated! Very poor in customer service and communication!

Zeraphina MacDonald I kinda really hate this place. There was staff that had been incredibly impolite to me in a way that had to be out of their way to do this. It wasnt something that asking them to stop doing would fix because it kept being done.

Kenneth Keller I totally disagree with all of the posts about unfriendly staff. I have been going there for almost 2 years and the staff has been nothing but friendly, kind concerned and professional from day one. As far as the Medicaid remark, I too am on Medicaid and my treatment has been nothing but stellar. I do not want to even think about changing my clinic. My doctor, Dr. Sunil is probably the best I have ever had. She is concerned and thorough in her treatment.

Mrs LT. My Son and I love The Pediatric Center of Leesville! All of the Staff are extremely knowledgeable and have great bedside manor while being fast and efficient with their Patients. The building both inside and out was designed beautifully with attention to detail from the bottom to the top; we especially love the glass bowl on the bathroom vanity that is the sink. I recommend them for anyone wanting professional effective Pediatric or Urgent Care. The Pediatric Center is also Sabine Urgent Care!

Seana Tupper Im a mom of 2 and a fan (and that says a lot). I transferred to Dr. Crowe after literally trying every pediatric clinic in Lake Charles with no success. The facility is very nice and clean, although parking can get tricky at busier times (there is additional parking on the side). My experience with the receptionist has been great. She has been thorough in getting our information and switching insurances without any mistakes or unexpected bills. The nurses are quick to come and get us from the waiting area, and great with the kids and getting them to feel comfortable. We see Dr. Crowe, but weve seen others in a pinch (which is another great thing about this office...they always get us in same day or next day). Dr. Crowe is great with the kids. He is very personable, and does a great job explaining things to them and to me on an easy level. I was impressed with how much time he took with their physicals instead of just pushing us through. My son recently had an allergic reaction, and Dr. Crowe has made what could have been an extremely scary experience into something my family can manage. We are going into our second year with him, and couldnt be more pleased.

Jami Rider Dr. Crowe is one of the few physicians that actually listens to you! As a first time parent, I want to feel like my concerns are validated. He does this and more! He knows your child and spends more than a few moments with them! He is the BEST and I will always recommend him!

Casandra baney My boyfriend chipped his front tooth and they got him in quick and fixed it. He said the Dr. office was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. His tooth looks great.
