Stacey Ferguson After four hours of waiting we left without seeing Dr. Jordan. I asked the front desk after we’d been there over an hour how much longer until we could see the Dr. she told me it’d be thirty minutes. We waited finally we were put in an exam room. After an hour in there we left. We had a 9:45 appointment at 1:45 we left. My husband had a xray done and his bp pressure checked by a medical assistant. We saw the Dr in the hall when we were walking to xray, he was at the nurses station. At one point his MA informed us if we rescheduled it would be April before we could see the Dr again.

Completely unprofessional and there’s a reason all their patients are switching doctors!!!! Place ought to be shutdown for good!

Mrs. Doris Kochinsky & Ms. Brittany LaCour are still there, & Mr. Jerry Jones, PT is still there!!!!!! No long waits in the lobby, no long waits in the rooms. Very clean environment and professional, mature and friendly staff. Call and book your appointment today, seeing all ages and you will not be discriminated against such as I was by one of the office manager, Shay Ball @ the Natchitoches Regional Medical Multi-Speciality Clinic and each of their acting specialists after I reported her rudeness on several occasions and was escorted off the premises once I tried getting my medical records by an officer.

Steven Springfield Unfortunately this facility is poor ran and staff it extremely short and rude with patients. Specifically the front office staff that does patient intake. The female receptionist there is extremely rude with everyone. Everyone has a shocked face when they leave the counter and she is so short with you over the phone as well. She should not be dealing with patients. They have doctors there that they are unable to get in touch with for sometimes a week if anything is wrong with your prescription, it’s a nightmare.

Mike Smith The best dentist I ever visited. Staff at desk is kinda rude but dont let that discourage you. They are fat. But Dr Methvin and his dental assistant are top notch. Very friendly and caring. Plus his dental assistant is gorgeous. Went in for an bad tooth last Thursday the 11th. Didnt feel anything when it was pulled. Very caring and informative dentist unlike most in town. I highly recommend

Kristie Payne Dr. Methvin is awesome! Ive never had a problem getting an appointment for an emergency and Ive had a couple situations that needed immediate attention. Miss Laurie has always worked hard to get me on the schedule even as a new patient. Id recommend him. I felt taken seriously and safe and I hate going to the dentist. So you want a guy thats professional and down to earth, make an appointment, you wont regret it.

Serina King I had to use Dr. Methvin to have a tooth pulled while staying in La. visiting my daughter for the month. The office staff was so sweet and accommodating. Dr. Methvin was fantastic and explained everything amazingly. I can not say enough great things about this practice! Absolutely 5 star service!!!

Brittany Veuleman I recently had a great experience with Dr. Governale and his staff. I had an accessed tooth that required a root canal and a cap. I have a lot of anxiety about dental procedures, but Dr. Governale tailored my treatment to ensure I was comfortable. I had no pain at all during the procedure and he was able to save my tooth. The staff gave me a price quote before I scheduled my appointment and the cost did not change. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

Emily Scott I had a root canal and the numbing wore off (30 minutes before being finished) but the dr continued to work on that tooth because he was “almost done”. The nurses and ladies in the office were super nice but I do not recommend Dr. Governale as a dentist!!

Couponing With ALSANDE Had to write you guys a review. I was so scared, even though I knew I needed to go to the dentist. I have always hated going to the dentist because I have always had "bad teeth". I highly recommend Dr. Cade and his staff. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, nice, and professional. I didnt feel like I was bothering them, no one was rough, and they were willing to help. We need more places like this. Either way, my appointments are scheduled. Dr. Godfrey is very gentle with my teeth and I will be going back to get a Root Canal done. The office workers are so nice and theyre very helpful with your payments. Matt Bernard I went to his office Initally for a cleaning. The staff was very nice and welcoming. I didnt have to wait long to be seen. My dental hygenist was Anna, she was very sweet and gental. From this visit i set up an appointment with an oral surgeon to have my wisdom teeth removed. One of my wisdom teeth was causing a cavity on the second molar on the left side. I recently went back to Dr. Godfrey to have the cavity filled and it was as pleasent an experince as you could have at the dentist. He was so very gental and made sure thtat i was as comfortable as i could possibly be. Through out the entire procedure I never once felt any pain or discomfort. Most peole really dread going to the dentis but I felt as if I was among friends. I am so very glad that I chose Dr. Godfrey and his staff to take care of my oral hygine I would absolutely recomend him to anyone looking for a great dentist!!!!

Noah Baudoin I chose this dentist office because of the google reviews, and ended up having a 5 star experience! Dr. Jimmy Cade was fast and gentle and still gave me his attention and talked to me before each step. Above all else he made sure I was comfortable and told me what he was doing and why. The dental assistants were just as gentle and very kind. Even the ladies at the front desk were professional and sweet. Very great experience! Would recommend to anyone who is scared of a dentist
