Elisabeth Reviere If i could give zero stars i would ...updaated from a 2 star to a 1 .. they are attempting to block me going with another agent and company and they still have jet to speak to me about any quotes .. trash I initially reached out to this company and had the pleasure of dealing with Robin! An actually charm and was super responsive .. when it came to binding my insurance I was told she didnt work there anymore and it took Louisa over 3 days to still never reach me so I called and asked for anyone else. Doug binded my plan and all was done .. well I have attempted to get quotes on my other property and wow what is going on over there. 3 weeks not 1 quote , constant calling and leaving messages .. I guess I was sent to the owner the weekend before memorial day and he still has not sent over 1 thing , have my information numerous times and still here I am without anything and kinda disappointed as Robin gave the first impression and was a Rockstar, had the best quote i was givin amognest a few companies. oh well onto the next company life is too busy too chase down a place for quotes. --

T Tran Respond back to clients when they call and email you. Don’t wait weeks to months to respond. I wish I never worked with this place. Doug and Luisa are NOT good representatives to be in customer service. If you can’t handle the job, then you’re in the wrong business. I do not recommend this place. You’ll regret it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

Jonathan Patterson Luke was incredibly helpful and personable. Made sure I was fully aware of all coverage options without being pushy about upselling. I appreciated his thorough explanations of the options while also being mindful of the price point I was most comfortable with. Not only were we able to save a good bit over our previous provider but Lukes warmth and attentiveness made our conversation feel much more like an actual conversation rather than a sales pitch. Really appreciated him and made the daunting task of switching insurance carriers a whole lot less stressful.

Kennedys Mom Was told an agent will get back with me after calling over the phone, 4 hours later still no phone call. I decided to call a different location I spoke to 3 different people who all said let me transfer you. It’s almost like none of them wanted to help me with a policy. After finally talking to someone who tried to help me get the insurance she hangs up the phone in the middle of the conversation and never calls back. I’m going with someone else.. This tells me what I need to know about the company.

Patrick Lestrade Lisa Matherne is a very down-to-Earth, friendly, and knowledeable agent. She is one of the major reasons we chose Allstate. (The main reason being lower price, of course) I have not had a claim with Allstate, so I cannot attest to that function of the company. (fingers crossed!)

Both time I went doing business hours and they was not open so I’m done with them I’ll be changing agent this week. I hope at some point she get it together but it won’t be with me as a client again I’m done with a agent who never answer calls are return when messages is left after about 20 years or more I’m done.

Mandy was thorough and knowledgeable and made sure I had all the coverages I needed. Her customer service was top tier!!

Alexia Martin Was referred to this local office and have since referred a couple of friends. COMPLETELY unacceptable communication from this office for 3 days now. I was assured from State Farm corporate that the office would give me a call on Monday at 9am. That didn’t happen. Tuesday I had to call in to address my issue and was not even apologized to for them not returning my call. I spoke with Karla on Tuesday and she yet again assured me she would give me a call back. That didn’t happen. I had to call AGAIN today, Wednesday. Unacceptable. I was never sent a new drive safe beacon for my new vehicle and because of that my bill went up $67. Additionally, aside from the $67, there was a discrepancy on my bill of about $47. She literally could not tell me where that came from. Again, unacceptable. It was confirmed that a new beacon would be sent but Karla literally told me I would have to overpay almost $100 today (my bill is due today which is why I tried for almost 3 days ago) she “couldn’t guarantee that I’d receive a refund for over paying”…. WHAT?! LOL This terrible communication and no willingness to resolve has resulted in my switching insurance companies… Not to mention, thanks to Nan with Progressive, I’m saving $82 monthly for my premium. FANTASTIC service and incredible discounts. Really disappointed and hopeful this information helps someone else moving forward. This branch really should reconsider how they handle situations with their customers. By FAR, the WORST experience I’ve ever had in reference to insurance.
