They are very friendly and helpful. They did a fantastic job on my nails. Gave me exactly what I asked for.
No stray acrylic or lacquer on the skin or cuticles - very clean.
They also didnt make me feel bad about stress picking my real nails to the bed!

Tîà Addison I’ve come here a few times for my pedicures, however this particular experience was not the worst. Miss Lyn the person in charge, was very rude over a nail color misunderstanding! I asked her for the color neon green, and she asked like yellow? And I said yes. So she brought out a green color polish- which I didn’t know how they achieve their neon green like color. So I was confused initially. So I finally started relaxing not looking at my feet as they were getting polished, and once I finally looked down I noticed that the color was wrong. Which I asked for the neon bright yellow looking color-hence I was confused in the first place as to why Miss Lyn showed me a regular green color. That was the minor issue here, the major issue was her putting the blame on me in front of everyone trying to be argumentative over a misunderstanding.So she walks off and continues to speak on it, although miss Mary- was fixing my nails for me. She seems like the person that was in charge, so I was shocked as to how she handled a minor misunderstanding.Ultimately they finally got the correct color. I asked them multiple times before they started on polishing my toes, if they had a neon green color. They said yes, and if they would have said no it wouldn’t have been an issue for me at all. But they had it, Miss Lyn was just confused on the neon color request and instead of admitting to it, she blamed the customer. My nails came out okay, and I paid the full price, however, this is my last time getting service from them. Plus I’ve had my nails done so much better than this before.They’re not the worse but I’ve had better.

christina hamilton At first it was great. Then the last two times, it’s been a disaster. I’m getting ready to go to a different nail salon to fix what the guy did today. Last time I had hunks of polish coming off. He fixed it, then it did it again the day before thanksgiving. Which was four days since he’d “fixed” it, hunks were coming off again. Now the set I got today, once I got home, I realized he didn’t cover the whole nail and you can see through the polish. Never again. I mean, it’s only $25 each time. I get it. But it’s your profession, do better.
