Jana Nicolich They did an amazing job, the pedicure was very thorough and my fingernails came out great, I am fully satisfied! This is exactly the kind of quality I was looking for! This is finally my go-to place, after trying different places many times.

Tamara Jack I wish that I could give them NO STARS!!! While sitting in here getting my nails done, the owner just told a young lady that she couldn’t do her toes because “she is too big for the chair”!!! I couldn’t believe my ears!!!! Mind you, the young lady is plus size and proceeded to tell her that she always gets her nails done here. I know that to be true because I’ve seen her in here before. I don’t know what’s the reason for the disrespect and offensive behavior, but I’ll never come here again!!!! She’s rude, and there is no reason for that behavior! She could’ve just told her that she didn’t want to service her! You do what you will with that information, but I rather go to Professional places where people care about how they make others feel especially in the Service Industry!!!!

Jamie Engel Very friendly service and great effort to ensure I received exactly what I wanted. At other nail salons my gel polish only lasts for about a week however it lasted over two weeks with no issues of the polish peeling off. I appreciate the care Kelly took to ensure my toes and nails were cruise ready and very precise French Tips on both. I would definitely recommend and return to this relaxing environment.

American Income Tax and Accounting 5 Stars – Richard is a Nail God! Richard in Chalmette is hands down the best nail tech I’ve ever been to! I got the white chrome set and I’m OBSESSED. He took his time, made sure every nail was perfect, and honestly, his attention to detail is insane. My nails came out absolutely flawless—super sleek, classy, and exactly what I wanted. He’s so professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about what he does. If you’re in Chalmette and not getting your nails done by Richard, you’re seriously missing out. I won’t be going to anyone else!

Rhonda Servary Kelly and all the staff are amazing and the salon is so nice and clean. Love the layout and modern design. Highly suggest this place and I am very picky. She offers adult beverages, facials, mani, pedi, full set and massage for arm and hands.

h n I had a woman with silver hair, she was rude from the moment we walked in as if she did not want us there at all. She did them very quick and the design is cute but they were so long we had to come back (I was too nervous at first to ask for them to be shortened because of how rude she was) and get them trimmed which she did not like at all. After she trimmed them I saw they were extremely thick and she had only used the file towards the tips so it wasn’t noticeable until I asked her to make them a shorter. The price ($75) was not worth her attitude or how thick the acrylic is. She could’ve taken a little bit more time to file it down or press the acrylic more so it doesn’t look like glue sticks on my nails. Won’t be going back again.

Joe B I love how soft spoken and friendly the nail techs are. The man who has done my nails twice now is very talented, focused, and gentle. The lady who did my pedicure is literally the sweetest person I’ve ever met and super gentle and attentive. I’ll be coming here for a long time. They are literally so perfect.

ASHLEY DISON Some people are actually expecting professionalism when they are serviced and spoken to. It seems like they have an unspoken, preconceived notion about their customers, and anticipate certain behaviors, but not everyone is like that. It may seem like youre friendly bobbing when you put your hands on people, but not everyone is comfortable with that type of stuff. I know theyre trying to relate to their demographic, but they just come of as unprofessional and without proper boundaries. Maybe get to know the customer a little more before becoming so familiar.
