Caitlyn Ridenour I can’t say enough good things about this nail salon! After trying so many other places, I finally found a salon where the technique is truly flawless. They never damage my nails when removing polish, taking extra care to do it the right way without grinding them down. The prices are fantastic, and they are always friendly and welcoming. Plus, the salon itself is impeccably clean, which makes every visit that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend

Terrilyn Gordon - Williams Came in from out of town and asked my sister where can I get my nails done quick and they will last and look good, she said Tammy is where I go and I love them. It was great and very professional and kind. I will return if needed next time Im in town busing family.

Chris B I came to the salon about a week ago and got a deluxe pedicure. The owner, Tammy was very short. I am unsure if it was due to a situation regarding other customers that she and another employee were arguing with. One employee began to curse back at the paying customers. When it was my turn I asked if Tammy would massage my foot well due to the fact that I was a teacher and stand on my feet for 9+ hours a day. Tammy responded by saying that she was not a masseuse and if I wanted a massage the I would have to go to a massage parlor. She continued on by sharply stating that she had been in the industry for over 25 years and that money wasn’t everything. This was in response to my saying that I didn’t mind providing a tip for excellent service. After she rendered her response I told her that I understood and I just wanted to make sure I received my monies worth. I received my service, my service and she kept me waiting as the warm towels cooled down while she attended to another customer. I had to ask Tammy if she could please take the towels off my feet and that i was ready to go because the towels had say on my feet for over 10 minutes. Fast forward to today, I attempted to get a pedicure and she denied me service. She stated that she didn’t feel comfortable servicing me but failed to provide a reason why. An employee asked me to wait to see if she could provide an explanation as to why and she said she would not provide me an explanation and said I could not come back. I am unsure if she denied my service because I am a male or because I did not provide a tip however, this is my first time experience, what seems to be sexism from a nail shop.

Cassie Black i have been going here since i was 15 i am now almost 20 and refuse to go anywhere else, they have never done me any wrong and i have spent money on each service. they are well worth what they ask for will forever recommend coworkers and people i cross paths with to prestigious and prestigious only

Ricki Idlett I’ve always enjoyed going here, but the last time was a disappointment. I always get a gel pedicure and it’s $40, today for some reason it was $50. I understand prices are going up a lot of places but there’s other places in town that only charge $40 for gel pedicure and are cleaner with better amenities. This location doesn’t even have massage chairs like the others. The work was okay, but not worth $50 in my opinion.

Brooke Saylor Ever since I started getting my nails done at 15 years old I’ve gone here. And I still go at 22 years old!! They’re so nice and they make you feel welcome. And they always call me baby ^_^ love them!! Never have gone to anyone else and as long as I’m in Louisiana I never will go to anyone else. Thanks guys!! Ps ask for Henry if you want nails like mine. He did them!!

Trinity Robles Well I got my toes and nails done and they didn’t ask me what I wanted done just did what they wanted and booted me and automatically assumed I was military as for the pedicure it was somewhat decent but I didn’t even get the spa I wanted nor asked for they cut the life out my manicure my hands hurt and I don’t know if this happens with everyone but I asked what was in the acrylic powder (cause it made me itchy and it normally does but this time it burned ) and they just brushed it off and said the normal now I don’t usually act overdramatic but normally that wouldn’t make my skin brake out in hives , last time coming here , the lady with the glasses was having a bad day I was taking my time to understand and instead she kept rolling her eyes at me and it’s not normally 90$ last time I was here it was 74$ for manicure and pedicure. Thanks for the rip off

Amanda Beasley THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!! First off I’m an army wife and my husband is deployed. I have a 2 1/2 year old and a 4 year old. Took me forever to build up courage to even go out in a town I’m alone in. I finally said fine I’m going to get my nails done. Took kids iPads sat them down while I got my toes done and nails done. My kids wernt bad at all. I even had a customer tell me how good my kids were to stop stressing and enjoy myself. I got my toes done and then they refused to do my refill on my nails said my kids where to much and id have to come back another day. Literally put me in tears and just ruined every bit of confidence I was trying to build while I’m alone for 9 months. What’s a mom suppose to do when she is alone with no family and no support system. They treated me like I was trash!!! I even told them several times my husband is deployed he’s in the army. I WILL NEVER GO BACK !!!! Not to mention they only had one customer the whole time I was in the mail salon.

Mary Le I stopped in for a full set while coming in from Houston, and I was so impressed. The service was smooth, professional, and my nails came out absolutely flawless. The salon has a calm, upscale vibe, and their color selection is amazing—so many stylish, high-quality options to choose from. I’ve honestly thought about making the trip from Houston again just to come back here. If you’re looking for a nail spot that feels a little more luxe, this is the one. You won’t be disappointed.

Scarlet BROUSSARD Susan is absolutely incredible! She is very patient and takes her time! She even stayed 40 minutes after they closed to finish and not once made me feel rushed! Absolutely amazing experience every single time I go!!

Joycelyn Lopez Definitely not satisfied with the eyebrow waxing outcome. I’ve received terrible feedback from my family and friends. Also, there’s price discrepancies online/in person. I give 3 stars because the technician was nice and the gel polish service was good. My salon of choice is closed on Sunday’s, which is the reason I visited this location. I’m disappointed.

Darlene Millan Beautiful salon, great service. Called for a same day appointment: acrylic fill with gel and a Classic pedicure. Stephanie did a fantastic job with my pedicure which included a hot rock massage on my legs and feet! I am kinda picky about my nails; don’t want them too thick and want square/round (or Stephanie said “squoval”!) They came out perfect. I prefer salons to take their time (I’m not in a rush) and do a great job vs being fast (and potentially sloppy.) I travel all across the country and always looking for good salons. Elegantz was exactly what I wanted and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

Francesca Windsor Ruined my nails. Went in for gel manicure the girl was almost done and then started to remove gel polish with electric file for second time. I have no nails they are ruined.

Ms. Gipson Ms. Savoy is absolutely the best at what she does! I’ve had Brazilian, eyebrows and facial waxing and under arm exploitation done by her. Each time was pleasant. She has a wealth of knowledge so our conversations are always interesting. The studio is very clean, has the latest technology, and is decorated seasonally, which gives it a different feel every appointment. Modest pricing and friendly, professional staff. I highly recommend Studio B.

Marlayna Dickens I am so proud of Brianna and what she has accomplished with Studio B! Springhill is blessed to have this location!! Beautiful place and relaxing atmosphere. Brianna did a PHENOMENAL job on my brows. They look natural and now I dont have to fill them in! Caitlyn does INCREDIBLE lash work. Truly top of the line! I have a standing 2 week appt with her and I fall asleep EVERY time. The retention, fullness, and placement is the best work Ive seen. Johnathon has serviced my nails and took his time to save the integrity of my thin brittle nail bed. With the staff, and the range of services offered theres no reason to go anywhere else. Top of the line professionalism, relaxation, an overall great experience EVERY time I walk in the door!
