Red White16 I don’t even know where to begin. I saw some flaws with my nails in the salon but I didn’t notice how awful they were until I got into my car in daylight. I have been here several times before and loved my nails, but this time I drove away crying my eyes out. The lines are not straight, the hearts look like they bled out, you can see the lines in the base coat, there’s bubbles everywhere. $166 dollar for nails. I came in with bare nails. Full set and had a gel pedicure. I honestly don’t even know how they were that expensive. That’s basically $70 for my hands and feet. I don’t mind spending money if they are amazing. I have never written a review until now. I was there from 11:45 and didn’t leave until 3. These were my birthday nails and all I want to do is tear them off. I should have walked back in for a refund. If you take anything from this review INSPECT YOUR NAILS IN DAYLIGHT BEFORE YOU PAY! Lovely staff 10/10 but 100/10 disappointed. I am at a loss for words.

rachel c the picture below is of my nails OVER A MONTH after having them done here. they are so sturdy and haven’t budged even with working with my hands all day every day. the service was absolutely amazing, we had friendly conversation the whole time and it was never awkward or intimidating. the other picture is the only one i have of when i first got them done. you can’t really tell but the design and shape were and are still beautiful. i will be back! this is the best experience i have ever had with my nails! i left with exactly what i wanted. if i could leave 10 stars i would.

Kailey Alexander Extremely racist ..Black Women Beware!!! Walking through those doors in good spirits wanting to be pampered like everyone else. You will either get turned around at the door for the most insane reasons or nasty looks and mistreated. Im sick to my stomach

Hannah Zegel Visited this place a couple of months ago because it was one of the few places open. The environment was very stressful. They were playing news on the TVs and the staff was talking about how much they didnt want to be at work. I originally went because they had great reviews but the experience was awful. One staff member was very rude to my sister and insisted that she was the one who messed up her nails while she was getting them done. When we left, both of our gel nails had streaks in them. My cuticles had been painted over and my sisters gel nails cracked in less than 24 hours. We went somewhere else and had them completely redone. I do not recommend that you go there. Pick somewhere thats at least friendly.

Randy Hendricks I get a pedicure once a month. I go to various places for different experiences. I was traveling thru Ruston and stopped here. By far the worst pedicure Ive ever received. The UPGRADE pedicure was sloppily done. Buffed 2 toes on one foot. Didnt even got all the paraffin off my feet. Couldnt stay off her cell phone. Finally just walked off without saying anything. This place doesnt deserve one star.

KaNeisha Washington The nail tech that serviced my nails did a horrible job. Im assuming he had an attitude by the way he was handling my hands. The only reason I went because my nail tech Lai at Pretty nails in Jonesboro was out town. I guess I will go ahead and buy that translation ear piece from tik tok shop so that I dont have to "assume"

Jessica Adubato So for one thing, to clean the tools between pedicures they spray them in cleanser and then dip them in the foot water. Also she cut up my skin and left dead skin on my feet, will not be surprised if i get a foot fungus or a toe nail infection in a week

Aliyah Clark i would NOT recommend this place at all. the lady was very disrespectful and rude, i asked her if she was going to rip my lashes out and her response was “we’ll see”. in a very rude way. she also told me “i don’t know how to say this…you wasted my time”. she did end up ripping them ALL out, my eyes were very irritated. not only that but she poked the middle of my eyeball with her tweezers because she was being so rough. i woke up the next morning and my vision was so bad that i could barley see and i was rushed to the hospital. Not only the lashes but nails too i have got my nails done here a few times and they lasted me 3-5 days. This is an awful place not only is their customer service awful but also their work too. i would recommend happy nails or tina’s at least they treat their clients with respect.

Sommer Pace Ms.Wendy and Ms. Asia are both amazing. Asia can always make my nails look like anything I show her. And Ms. Wendy is very thorough and doesnt miss anything. She is also hilarious. Not sure what Royal Nails the other reviewers went to but I have been going here for years now and I wouldnt dare go anywhere else. Great prices , work,and conversation♡

Lasa Mitchell Ask for Macey! m editing my previous review. Its been nearly 4 weeks since my nails were done. Due to illness, I havent been able to get back in sooner. Much to my surprise, besides the growth, my nails still look great. No chipping or lifting off the nail bed. Im impressed and will be back.

Trouble Literally just came in 12/28 for pedi and mani and woke up to one of my toe nails like this and another one coming up I will be back tomorrow !!! I had this done for a photo shoot today 12/29 so this is a BIG INCONVENIENCE TO ME ! And have to figure out how to fix it without it looking different from the rest !

Diana Thomas I got a gel pedicure, and its the best Ive ever had! The french manicure was so precise and delicate. The nail art is truly a work of art. The clear gel added the perfect shine. The pink & white service was flawless. The dipping powder is so durable and pretty.

Amia Parsons The lady who was doing my nails was rude had an attitude everytime i kept telling her to shape my nails correctly cause they were not square at all. On the left is what I asked for and on the right is what I got. NOWHERE near short and square and everytime i would tell her to shape them more and cut them down she would barely do anything. Won’t be coming back and I need a new set honestly.
