He called me and talked about my case and advised me that it would not be beneficial for me at this time to do anything. I really appreciate his advice. Now he could have called me in his office and charged me a consultation fee for $100 or could have set me up with a retainer fee anywhere from $3000 to $5,000 but he did not. He advised me that if my case is not resolved to contact him in November. I really appreciated his advice. So all in all he could have taken advantage of me in several kinds of ways but he did not, so I finally found an attorney that I really can trust. By the way this guy has an awesome voice he could have been a country singer. Lee Segura

5 /5 Peach Rype: Love Joseph, I hired him after firing a lawyer. Many lawyers in the area drag out litigation for more money. He was very by the book, knowledgeable, and aggressive. He doesnt play lawyer games at the expense of his clients. He fought for my daughters safety and was able to get my attorney fees awarded back to me. Child custody cases are stressful and draining, eveytime I was emotional or concerned he was there with support and answering my questions. Best lawyer in St. mary parish.

1 /5 Steve Detiveaux: Very rude and lack of integrity. I attempted to contact regarding a case I am a part of, just trying to find out a date for a hearing. I was told that he does not represent me, his clients are priority, papers were filed and I would be notified when a date was given, however I called courthouse and paperwork was never filed. Glad he’s not my attorney.
