1 /5 Vanessa Quinones: BEWARE: STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!! If I could rate them with no stars I would. I used a gun for a loan, when I went to recover it, a background check needed to be completed but was told a balance of $1 needed to remain on the loan as they were storing it until background cleared. Once the background check was complete, I would have 30 days to pay the $1 and pick it up. I went to go pick it up within the 30 days and it had been put out on their display case for sale. I was told, "the manager at the other location had requested it and it had been sold. Heres a credit you can use on anything in our store." Not what Im wanting. Gun is valued at over $2,000. They are nothing but a bunch of money hungry thieves!

He was quick in finding what I wanted and helpful in making sure it was what I wanted!! I am definitely recommending that my friends go to the BJ’s Pawn Shop in Gretna for easy, friendly service for Christmas present or simply presents for yourself!!!! Ask for Elmer!!!!!
