1 /5 Shirley Byrd: On Saturday, May 11th, I visited the bank and was the first person in line to enter the bank. I need to meet with someone to make some changes and open another account. I was told to have a seat and someone will be right out to help me. There were 3 tellers and one in the drive-thru. I sat there for 10 minute and asked how long will it be. One of the tellers shouted to me and said she didnt know and that she have a customer. I replied to her that Im a customer and was first in line. She was very nasty and I told her that. I also told her that its not good customer service and she became some nasty. 10 minutes later she came front the teller desk very nasty and told me now Im ready to help you and I told her no. I explained to her that I would like someone else. How can I trust someone who treated/spoke to me so badly. I re[plied "then you can come back on Monday. I replied why should I come back on Monday when I was the first person that walked through the door. I contacted the corporate office and they over heard her talking to me very nasty. I did file a complaint. I will be taking my business else where. The location is in Chalmette on 8117 West Judge Perez
