The landlord doesnt even want to try to work with me until I see if I can come up with the money. So I called them to see if they an help. I wish I never did because they never have funds. No I dont know what because the shelter they say its only for domestic abuse. This town has nothing offer.

You don’t take people’s personal information and then not call them back. The company’s just want you to generate them money which is understandable but why would you not want to maintain a customer count. Repeat business is great for generating future business to. It’s a stupid policy to not want to retain you somehow. Leadership needs to be evaluated.
