1 /5 Ida Murchison: You walk into a lobby full of ATMs, Not a typical teller booth in sight. There are bankers sitting in cubicles who look directly at you standing there lost as to where to go but they dont say a word. Not "welcome to chase bank", not "hello can I help you?", nothing. I stood there for almost 5 minutes while the employees held personal conversations with each other. I finally had to interrupt their conversation to ask them if I could get some help with cashing a check since help was not being offered up and was answered back with a slight attitude "go around the corner to the back". I honestly felt bad for the one teller who wound up helping me because she was trying to get me to open an account with them. After walking into a lobby with a wall of machines, then being ignored and talked to with an attitude there is no way in hell I would want these people handling my money. Hell, they couldnt even do their basic job of acknowledging a customer so why would I want them in charge of my money?
