1 /5 Emely Canseco: I made an appt mid March and the soonest they could see me was for April 25th at 3pm and that was great. April 25th arrives and I assume it was the front desk assistant that called me early morning and said that something came up with the lawyer and he wouldn’t be able to see me and if we could reschedule for May 1st at 4:30pm and I said that was okay. May 1st arrives and she calls me again early morning saying something came up with the lawyer and if she could reschedule for today May 2nd. I told her I already have another appt but that it wasn’t necessary because it didn’t make sense to me why she had to cancel my appt twice. She then calls me at 4:22pm ON May 1st and asks if I will be making my appt at 4:30pm, I was confused because she had called early morning to reschedule/ cancel and I had explained that to her. She then says “oh well I can reschedule for May 2nd if you want”. Very unprofessional from the front desk, I was excited to see this lawyer because I’ve heard he’s great but if they can’t even see me on my appt date that was scheduled a month and a half ahead how can I trust they will be on schedule with everything else. Very disappointed and upset.
