1 /5 Katherine Wilson: At first, working with this office wasnt too terrible. I did have to call multiple times to see what was going on with my case. At first, I was set up to go to a chiropractor, I often told them that it wasnt helping, and after 4 or 5 months, they finally set me up for an mri. Low and behold, the results confirmed that I needed to go to an orthopedic doctor and not a chiropractor. I waited a month to get into the specific doctor they set up. After that Mr. Collins called and said that everything from the settlement was being eaten up by medical treatment because he didnt realize what the policy limits were. So we stopped treatment and settled with the insurance company. I was called shortly after that and went to their office to finish my paperwork and sign for my check. Once I was there and signed everything off, Mr. Collins had me scan a QR code to give them a review while him and another woman who works there stood over me. It was extremely uncomfortable and just unsettling. Had I been asked to write a review later on, I definitely would have. I originally rated them 5 stars because I didnt want to start a confrontation and wanted time to actually write the review. So yesterday 11/21/2024 I was looking through my reviews and came across this one, changed it to a one-star, and was going to come back to write this. Today, I received a call from Mr. Collins office asking why I left a one-star review. I told the woman who called a bit of this, but I felt its only fair that I tell the entire story.
