5 /5 Walter: Wonderful experience at Douglas Kent Jeweler. They have very knowledgeable people working in the store with years of jewelry experience. We initially went into the store to have my wifes engagement ring accessed. The stone fell out of the previous head due to some damage. The jeweler explained that they could repair, but recommended we put a new head on the ring and have it rhodium plated. We went with their suggestion and are very please. My wife also had to have her wedding band removed off her finger due to her finger swelling. The removal process was quick and painless. Douglas Kent removed the ring himself in less than 10 minutes. While in the store also picked up some charm bracelets for our daughter. Great experience!

5 /5 Sarah Lowe: I brought my engagement ring and my mom’s old ring, that I am using for a wedding band, here to be sized. I was missing a small diamond in my mom’s ring. All I told them was that I needed them both sized. When I picked the rings up they both had obviously been cleaned and the diamond had been replaced for free! The staff was very helpful and nice. I will be coming back here!!

1 /5 Billy Mcquade: Don’t bother taking your watch here unless u want a battery replaced. Told the old woman behind the counter the watch had an issue and she had the tech put a battery and said it was fixed. I had done that already and it ran for 4 hrs then nothing. Wasted my time and 14 bucks for nothing. WON’T BE BACK! CROOKS……….

Pamela Johnson: This jewelry store is AWEFUL! The owner/sales person is only friendly just enough to sell you some fake jewelry. But if you have to go back in the store concerning the jewelry you purchased, he is totally unconcerned and disinterested in practicing good, honest, and fair business. He should at least try to repair or replace the item especially if it has been less than 30 days. My husband spent $330.00 dollars on a herringbone necklace for my birthday and it unraveled at the clasp within 2 weeks. We took it back to see if they would at least try to repair it, but the owner/sales person stood there staring at us from the doorway of his back room for some time before he decided to acknowledge us standing there (rude). Long story short, he did nothing and you are not told there is no refund until after you have been SCAMMED OUT OF YOUR MONEY! We took the necklace to Kay’s Jewelers to have it repaired and was told that they could not repair it because it was not real. These people need to be stopped!!!
