Mike Letinger: I’m writing this review on behalf of grandma she came and got a loan here because they sent her a check in the mail and she was struggling at the time so she cashed it against her better judgment. Her identity was stolen and she lost access to her Social Security checks for three months I went and spoke with Erica and so did she to work something out unfortunately, it was more entertaining for Erica and her crew to submit my grandmother‘s information to the courts, and now she has been sued unfortunately, they came and took away her only transportation, and they laughed in her face when she tried to go in in reason with them whoever owns this company is a POS that’s a shark. Karma always comes back so keep the car & do what you gotta.

Pam: I referred a friend to apply for a loan in which she told the loan agent that I referred her. She received the loan. When I called and spoke to the agent she received the loan with, she told me that my friend did not say she was referred by me. She said she put me down as a reference. Shes lying & doesnt want to follow Arrow Loans policy! I will be contacting corporate about this matter and WILL NOT be referring another person to this location!
