Without giving me a chance to explain myself. He made a decision on an sccusal but never let me know we had a problem or gave me a chance to defend myself. Act6did me a huge favor. I already have an account in a legit bank. But no local branch. That was the only reason I was trying to open an account with a hometown bank. Its a non-issue. Just poorly handled by Jason.
