    Stefanie Wright: I would give -300 stars if I could. Dont go to the Covington, LA office. The people that work there are incompetent and dont know their face from their a$$. One of the employees gave me the wrong policy and it ended up costing me big time. Even after I asked and clarified exactly what I wanted she assured me thats what was in their system. Only to find out it wasnt. Then when I confronted her and asked to speak with a supervisor she called one supposedly and only gave her side of the issue and then denied me when I asked to speak with the so called supervisor. Whats even funnier is that I was paying full coverage price for liability coverage. Yeah they may have good prices but Ill never do business with them again and I personally make it a point to tell everyone what kind of business they do.
