5 /5 Mary Sue Hampton Long: Recently my son and I were having financial problems and went here for assistance with a past due utility bill. The ladies were friendly and so helpful. They put our minds at ease both by getting us help with the bill and by making us feel more comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Upon hearing that we have only lived here for a short time, they told us to give them a call with ANY questions and they would do their best to provide answers. Excellent staff, helpful service

3 /5 April Marie Fontenot: I called today between 1 and 4 for the electric credit like I was told to by their add in the paper and got through about 2:15 and I told the woman who answered why I was calling and she just took my name and phone number and said thank you and hung up? Does that mean shes gonna call back with my appointment?

2 /5 Travis Stange: Told us they would help us with eviction, that we would just need the notice of eviction. Went to them with the notice of eviction, and was turned away by the same person who made the first claim. Pretty messed up.
