1 /5 LaKeasha Brumfield: The bank manager, Melissa is the rudest. They made a huge mistake which in turn almost cost me if I didn’t handle the matter promptly. I ended up contacting the regional manager and found her to be very professional and courteous. Melissa is not the right person for customer service.

1 /5 D Chris: I don’t think the manager here would give me a glass of water if I were on fire. To lazy or incompetent to verify a tax refund check in order to deposit! Had to travel to another branch to get a simple call made in order to deposit. Also was told in front of ppl that my account was overdrawn by a couple bucks…. Thanks for that… is it just me or are other ppl made to feel less than when asking anything there… I was made to feel very embarrassed over this! Only after dropping 160k cash there on purchase of property in September… this bank is going to fail treating its customers like I’ve been treated. They sure don’t have a problem taking my money… I’m definitely interested going somewhere else. My family is very upset bc of the behavior here.
