1 /5 Treniece: As soon as I have the time to switch companies I am because of customer service recieved! I called because they are not chasing the lien holder address on the policy as instructed! It’s been 3 weeks and still haven’t. The lady I talked to on the phone yesterday had an attitude and when I asked to speak to someone else she hung up and said bye! Wasted my lunch break and I was not rider to her at all! I hope there is a social media page as well because I’m definitely going there too and leave a review. Address is still not updated.
