1 /5 Stan g: The 2 ladies that work here at the siegen lane location are the most nasty and rude ladies I have ever met in my life . They are very in helpful. Anytime I walked in the store they were talking to friends on phone , eating , playin on computers, anything but help customers. The bad thing was there was no one in the store . Now I see why . No one wants to deal with these 2 ladies . Also the prices are higher than other insurance companies. Don’t go here . Just a piece of advice

1 /5 Melanie Clary: I have been with this place for over 10 years. As loyal as I am to them, they are TERRIBLE at answering the phones! I was on hold waiting for a representative for 11 minutes! The website isnt much help either!

1 /5 O O: Month after month I give them free money for nothing in return. I do not have accidents Im a perfect driver. My insurance only goes up never down no appreciation , never rewarded for being a safe driver only penalized for the bad drivers .

5 /5 Debbie Hawkins: Thats my insurance company and they are very reasonable and very good and its close to me I mean to Scott one I guess where everybody lived but anyway its good customer service and they help you use a machine I show you how to use the machine to pay your bills and if they take our time with you I dont care if they have a lot of people youre just important as the ones thats why I waited so they think they have a lot of patience and I like them and Im going to stay with my not going

5 /5 Ana Vo: The insurance is what is. It’s cheap if you need it to be. So surprises they tell you how it is. The lady I went to her name is Nilda. Great customer service and very nice located on Siegen.
