I had an issue with my policy recently and the lady at the Monroe office stayed on the phone and worked with me til we got the issue fixed. She was super friendly and very patient with me. Most insurance companies would have been rude and not helpful at all. Kudos GoAuto!!! Keep up the good work.

1 /5 Brittany Raffray: A Go Auto client hit me and was at fault. It has been a nightmare dealing with this company to have my car repaired and a rental paid for. They fail to return emails and phone calls. I will need an attorney real soon if I have to come out of pocket.
