1 /5 ShaDaejah Credit: If I pay yall every month ON TIME the least you lazy mfs can do is answer the damn phone!! How my wait time jump from 3 mins to 9 mins?? Not only that but I’ve called 5+ times! I had to act as if I wanted to start a new policy in order to speak with someone! I WILL BE SWITCHING MY INSURANCE COMPANY!!

4 /5 Blue Thornhill: The Winnsboro office manager was very friendly and helpful. Made doing business there, if not pleasurable, at least bearable. After all, they are an insurance company. Would recommend.
