1 /5 Ang: Where do I start? What a terrible, unprofessional insurance company! I wouldnt recommend them to anyone bad attitudes & the worst-case customer service ever. My cousin wreaked her car and waited a week for the claim adjuster ( Jamie Hinojosa) to come out another 2 weeks after my cousin had to call him back-to-back for an update. Only wanted to pay for after-market car parts on her car. Once she refused the after-market parts because it would in deed void her warranty on her car. Come to find out Go Auto isnt BBB accredited. Her car sat in the shop for two months and all of sudden they wanted to total her car out. When she knows, its fixable. Spoke with Roy Rivera he talked nice, but it was all lies and smoking mirrors. Lastly, Jamie Hinojosa, his supervisor, was very rude. This company needs to be out of business they are scam.
