1 /5 Tommalynn Ezell: My granddaughter received her senior ring and it turned her finger black. We took it to a jeweler who confirmed her ring was a fake. Balfour returned the ring under warranty conditions and she received a new one. The new ring is not finished. The inside of the ring is not polished and has rough edges with sharp places. This has been extremely disappointing to her and a loss of a great deal of money considering the ring can not be worn.

Crystal Chachere: I had some rings that needed to be repaired. I had one that I had a broken prong, and 2 that needed to be sized up. They were really nice, does quality work and the prices were really decent. The lady I spoke to mostly speaks Spanish and I speak English. That said, the translate app made it very easy to communicate! I have a few more pieces of jewelry to have repaired and I’m bringing it straight to them! These are the 2 rings that needed to be sized up and you can’t tell! The last picture is the prong that was replaced and you can’t tell that was repaired either! All of my rings were cleaned and polished when I got them back!
