4 /5 Debra Madison: Hancock is a good bank but needs to be updated. Their online service is sometimes slow and needs more services. The tellers are friendly and knoe their job.

1 /5 DeBriante Scott: The branch is excellent but the online is lost, unprofessional!! Been holding my deposit refund for week!! This is unprofessional. They need workers who actually knows what to do and when you check for holds on people accounts.
