1 /5 Jamarcus Johnson: An egregious showing of customer service and loyalty. How is it possible or lawful to cancel someones policy based on an unrelated person who had the address before you and had too many accidents. These were all separate accounts. Then to be told theres nothing else we can do for you, find somewhere else to go after being with the company 4 years. They take your money in a heartbeat but kick you to the curb as soon as they think that youre no longer a potential profit. But theyre going to get away with it because other people dont care as long as it doesnt involve them.
