Diana Kalani: I found a pair of shoes I loved but the shop didnt have my size. When I searched the brand, I found them here. I called the shop and the girl on the phone seemed very "put out" to find the shoes and make sure they were in both: in stock and perfect condition, at my request. I dont care to return items and I am certain the stores dont like it either! I gave her the brand and SKU of the shoe and she said they had a lot of shoes with that SKU (really :/) and to just go online and purchase them. Really poor customer service. When there are so many other great shops out there, shop owners should be very selective in who they are hiring to represent their stores. The shoes were fine, although a little small. Shipping was fast.

They take their time and show him special coins and bring items out from the back. Not only are they extremely kind, the prices there have been GREAT. They could have taken advantage of us, being novice collectors, but they havent. Definitely recommend.
