I had a schedule appointment at 2:00 oclock 12/19/24 for the early advance loan which I was referred to by a close friend of mines whos been with them for 5 years now. Got there early was seen to began the process which first I gave her my friends reference code for sending them a new customer. Sat there for over a hour answering questions signing paper work and activating one of their early advance loan prepared cards, well after that she said that I was done and I was like well what about the early advance loan which I have activated the card, she then told me that I will receive a email letting me know if I was approved for the loan which I feel like thats something that she should have explained to me before the process, so Im like well ok then so before I decide to leave I asked her about my friends reference code which was to be a gift to her for sending me to them, well tell me why she told me that she forgot to put in the code and couldnt find a way to enter it and there was nothing she can do, now Im already aggravated about my friends reference gift then to get ten inches away from the door to leave LORD AND BEHOLD I get the email telling me that I was denied for the early advance loan..... After I done sat there for over a hour doing all that for nothing then not to mention I missed a day of work for nothing nothing nothing nothing.... So yes I dont like how the whole set up runs at all
