1 /5 Brittany Parker: Ms. Kay helped me āfileā my previous year(s), (back taxes) 2018-2019. on Friday, January 22, 2021. It cost me $400 (AND THEY WANTED MORE, MUCH MORE) that day to āfileā the taxes. However, she was nice and had good customer service, so even when they LOST MY TAXES BECAUSE THE WIFI SUCKS AND DOESNT STAY CONNECTED, it wasnāt such a bad experience. The following week I filed my 2020 taxes on Turbo Tax using the Turbo Tax app. The app shows you when your taxes have been accepted, are on the way, and etc. Mine were accepted for 2020 on February 12. However, I couldnāt pull up any record of it or any thing else being filed on the IRS website, IRS2Go, or Whereās My Refund. So I called the IRS, and again, no record.. the nice woman working there told me to give Ms. Kay a call because they should be on there. So I did just that. Ms. Kay answers, all happy go lucky, and upon the ending of my question as to why there are no record, she ever so happily informs me that āthey had an āupgradeā that wasnāt done so my taxes WERENT ACTUALLY FILED UNTIL LAST MONDAY. I called Ms. Kay on Monday February 12. So almost a full month has gone by without you filing my taxes and NO ONE ATTEMPTED TO CALL ME AT ANY POINT! The old white man working up there snitched! There was no upgrade issue, you took it upon yourself to lie to a customer! This office is unprofessional, inconsiderate, with POOR VALUE, and horrible responsiveness. And because of this, I canāt receive 2020ās taxes until ā18 & ā19 can finally make it there and get processed.
