1 /5 Brooklyn King: I honestly don’t even think they know where my wedding ring is. I’ve called twice and been told two different things. My fiance was even told something totally different! Saturday I was told my ring would be back on Monday. I called Monday and was told it won’t be in till Friday. I have been given the run arounds since dropping my ring off in December. Kay’s has completely lost my business I will be going somewhere else for my bands. I’m also losing my deposit on my engagement pictures because they have gave me different dates. Maybe I’ll have better luck going across the street to Zales at this point.

5 /5 Triston Webber: Not used to leaving reviews but I just feel like they need to be recognized because they are so amazing at what they do I walked into Zales across the street and they did not even recognize me but Rushay, Christina and Emily were so helpful! Go and see them!
