5 /5 thomas Iznogoud: Came in out of curiosity. Went out with a golden watchband. The sales team was discret and always available for questions. They sized the band straight after sales free of charge. The diversity of jewelry is nice. Price are a bit expensive but you got some solid gold.

2 /5 Amy: Its so hard to get help in this store especially if you are over the age of 40. It seemed to be a common occurrence when I was looking around the store. I was blatantly ignored and several associates just walked past me to do nothing. By the time I was able to get help, I was told that my items would be at the checkout. When I got there, only one of my items was there. They offered to pull the others but I was done at that point. Im just done at this point with the entire concept.

1 /5 Andrea Perea: Really bad products here. Won’t last a year. I understand it’s a fashion jewelry but does not worth the price when they sell products that won’t last longer than a year. It’s good if want to store some jewelry on a bad maybe that way last at least 2 years if you don’t wear it at all

2 /5 Melissa Goodman: I would have enjoyed my trip here more if the girl helping me wasn’t wiping her runny nose with her hands before she touched my jewelry. Go to the back and take care of that, I don’t want your germs all over my jewelry.

5 /5 Craig Mouney: I had the pleasure of working with Christina Granier while helping me locate earrings for my wife. The Lakeside location was out of the ones I wanted and she took the time to follow up with other stores and located the pair I wanted. The store was busy but Christina remained calm and was very patient with me and I am very thankful that she was able to help me. Thank you Christina for a job well done.
