Jaime Letterle: This company was no help after binding a policy I only called to get a quote on not bind. Maria told me an inspector would come out and then I could agree to bind or not bind which was false information. They then billed my mortgage company without me ever knowing the policy was binded and I’m fighting to get a refund. Be very careful with this office. Not Allstate in general, just this Allstate office I would steer clear of. Would give negative stars if I could.
