Magnolia Studios - Lafayette Ashley Kasperski: I wanted to love my bridal flowers, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. While Lynn was quick to respond when we placed the order, communication quickly fell apart once it came to delivery. The timeline that was initially shared on the website said the project would be completed in 3-6 months, but it ended up taking over 8 months. My husband and I were in the middle of moving, and despite explaining the urgency of getting the flowers before we left, there was no respect for our situation, and we were left waiting.
When we did try to reach out for updates, emails went unanswered, and we were left in the dark about when our flowers would be finished. Unfortunately, when they finally arrived, the quality didn’t meet expectations. There were pedals that had fallen off the lower half of the frame, which made the final product feel rushed and incomplete. It was clear that the flowers were not given the attention to detail that we had hoped for.
Overall, I feel like Lynn might be struggling to keep up with demand, and as a result, the product quality just wasn’t there. I wish the experience had been better, but sadly, the flowers and the overall process were very underwhelming.
