1 /5 Phoebe Lewis FAOSAT53: There was a issue with one of their managers Name Tracey Lazard who physically attacked a potential customer who went into the office to handle business for someone that she was the legal gairdian of, and had to defend herself against their manager, call the police officers to the scene, and file a police report. Their is audio recording provided the evidence. She attacked my fiance on the outside of their building.

5 /5 Leah Bellon: If you call this company ask for John. He is a wonderful person. Will help you to the best of his ability. All you have to do is call not avoid. Would totally recommend them. I have not read any of the other reviews and wont. Your experience will and should be based on you and your actions too. 1 /5 Quonzel Poydras: Lenco Finance has violated the FDCPA in which I contacted the Collections Supervisor Linda Leblanc. The company dont comply with Federal Regulations when making an attempt to collect debt. I did advised her that I was currently on a medical leave which was covered by FMLA. The Collections Supervisor contact my employer after I gave her a direct verbal warning not to call my employer and mail the required paperwork needed to file a claim with insurance that was purchased with them. She still called and advised me that she has the right to call and know the requirement of FDCPA. The Carencro branch staff has been very unprofessional and now I certainly understand why. They are led by example and personally think what they are doing isnt a violations. I have instructed Linda Leblanc to have her direct supervisor Mike Fontenot contact me in regards to the matter. There are many lenders in the Acadiana area that will respect your privacy and handle you in a professional manner. I wouldnt recommend Lenco Finance to anyone; please find a professional, respectful and finanical instutuion to serve you!
