1 /5 Erin M: As much as I wanted to be pleasant, and wanted to have a positive experience…I can’t unfortunately. And that all comes down to Diana Duhon. She was without a doubt one of the rudest people I have ever spoken with ANYWHERE. Extremely unprofessional with a disgusting attitude toward clients. I highly suggest you look elsewhere while she’s still working there. She did nothing but make belittling comments assuming that I was stupid the entire time that I had the unfortunate luck of speaking with her. Look elsewhere for your business.

1 /5 William dunham: The lady I had the unfortunate luck of speaking to today over the phone, has to be one of the rudest individuals that I have ever come across in a professional business setting. If you hate your job that much that you have to act that way, find something else!

4 /5 Alison Landry: Debating on whether to leave a post or not. For the most part our encounter was great. One comment can change the whole experience. And they way they put it too. Not everyone can afford a vehicle. Take into consideration that they may have lost their vehicle in the flood we had back in May. Like I did. I am in no rush in getting another vehicle. There are people who need one more so than I do. I realize sometimes may come off wrong so if you are sure dont say/ask anything.
