I have spoken twice today with Jason, the owner of Nederland Jewelers, who seems very motivated to make things right and has promised to issue a full refund to my card. I take him at his word and will update this review accordingly once I see the refund hit my card.
Thanks to Jason for his respectfulness and courtesy in the matter and for going the extra mile to make sure his customer is satisfied. I will not hesitate to recommend Nederland Jewelers in the future based on this experience.

I have removed the details of my initial issue. The matter has been resolved to my complete satisfaction and I believe that Nederland Jewelers is taking the appropriate steps to prevent a similar issue from happening again. My thanks to Jason and the staff at Nederland Jewelers.
