1 /5 Catrice: This place so unprofessional. The loan officer cant spell and calls after hours. She is rude and talks about her personal life more than the criteria of making a personal loan. Wish I could give 0 stars......the other location are professional but the Franklin location needs work.

1 /5 Jai Bhakti Yoga Foundation: Very unfortunate that this was a loan that had nothing to do with my car of which I had purchased new and under finance with a completely different company and without any response or follow up...(.I had to do the follow up), I wasnt approved because I had a brand new car?! Just a waste of time and I would highly recommend NOT believing Credit Karma to apply for loans of which you have an "outstanding" approval rating only to be turned down when you need it the most. Will NOT ever be using either company again.

If you do not have a car to offer up like you’re selling your soul then they don’t want to approve you for anything. The lady I had talked to was rude and should not be in no place of business with that attitude. If I could give no stars I would!
