2 /5 Scott Prazak: The good: you eventually get through to helpful assistance from someone who is very knowledgeable about the website and the system. The bad: this has been the most infuriating experience with a bank that i have ever had. Two months, and I still cant make a payment on my loan. They recently updated the website, so you can no longer make loan payments while logged in. If you try, they return the payment. You have to log out, go to the QUICK PAY link, and pay from there. They added a $3 fee for bill pay, or $2 for paper statements. The only way to pay is to write a paper check and walk into a branch. I have not tested this yet... There is a $10 fee every time I need to withdraw money from my loan. There is a $10 fee for electronic transfers. The bank recently removed tellers. There are ATMs with video calls to someone somewhere. I was directed to use the virtual teller ATM, but then the virtual teller directed me back to the employee who directed me to the interface in the first place. TL;DR I would not recommend this bank at all for anything. Ive been with another bank for my main checking for years and have had almost zero issues with them.

2 /5 Nelly Allo: I have a savings account with this bank for 10 years. Now they are stopping the atm card to withdraw out of my savings account. I received a letter stated it will stop in January 31, 2025. Now I cant withdraw out of my savings. I. Locked out. The date on that letter is wrong. They decided to go and stop me for withdraw my money.

1 /5 Holly Knight: Terrible . I have been there for 40 years . After the merger that took place for 5 days . Unable to use debit cards pay bills . Credit score down due to this merger .i was unable to do bill pay from May 28 and yesterday I still was unable to. Pay bills . I am out of there . Also looking into the legality of 6 days unable to access your funds .

1 /5 Temeka Patterson: Let me 1st say, the Branch Employees are GREAT!!I absolutely hate this bank, if I could give On Path 0 stars, I would. The first issue is, On Path decides how YOU spend YOUR money! I attempted to rent a vehicle using my debt card but my card would not go though. I knew my card wasn’t locked because On Path doesn’t offer this feature and I also knew money was in the account to cover the rental. Imagine my surprise when On Path associate told me On Path doesn’t allow you to rent cars with your debit card ONLY thier Credit Card. I was almost in disbelief because it’s my money, not theirs and Enterprise allow customers to rent with Debit Cards. Thank God I was smart enough to keep my Capital One account open because I had to ask Enterprise to please stay open another 20 mins so I can go run to the atm, withdraw the money then add it to my Capital One account. Such an inconvenience! 2nd issue. I paid a vendor $300 for a prom dress however the vendor never shipped the dress. 3 weeks go by, I have no dress and had no response from the merchant. Like a normal person, I disputed the charge, well On Path advised me I had to wait up to 90 days to even receive a temporary credit because my purchase wasn’t eligible for temporary credit! I purchased the dress off a known website/company but On Path decided because of some rule that the rep could not explain to me, I wasn’t eligible for a temp criedir. So I basically was screwed TWICE and out of a Dress for my child. Just because it’s a credit union, doesn’t mean they do good business. Go to Navy Federal if you’re looking to join a credit union.
