Ryan Broussard: I am not a Bank of Commerce account holder but I use their atm and pay fees to them to use it. This afternoon their atm kept my card and didn’t process the transaction it was 4:30 and the employees were leaving through the side door, I spoke to someone and she told me the drive through could help me get my card back. I spoke to Becky who told me that they would have to destroy my card, we got into an argument after I told her not to destroy my property. She told me to hold on they had to go upstairs to get someone. I tried calling the banks phone number with zero luck you have to know someone’s name to get through. Someone else eventually asked for my ID and they sent me the card through the drive through tube. The card was ruined in the machine. The person that sent it back was polite. A small town bank can’t afford to have Becky’s at the window. She should have never told me they were going to destroy my card.
