    Zero Streak Window Cleaning: Had a previous loan with them which was always in good standing and had one final payment left and they called to see if I wanted to renew and I decided to go ahead. Spoke with a guy on the phone who got all of my information and said I was approved that I just needed to bring in my proof of income so I go the next day to bring proof of income and another girl says I need collateral and fill out more forms so I politely say thats ok Ill pass and she says please wait just a minute and then the guy I spoke with on the phone comes in and says these forms arent optional and if I dont want to fill them out that tells me im not going to pay my loan anyway. I mean wth. I just had a loan that I made my payment every month. They definitely do not care about their customers
